Remember when!? I sometimes remember when. I don't think the kids even know to be able to remember but we know. We've had the 20% full bowls. Seen the serving sizes half in the last 20 years. It's always lower and lower quality, sizing, and is a well known brand-wide issue. I no longer associate them with being 'hip' though, just an expensive Taco John's

I ordered my chicken bowl and received all the toppings but the chicken and extra chicken that I ordered. They have messed up my order before but I’ve given this location multiple chances. This needs to be looked at by corporate since I see a lot of similar complaints. I get it we all/some don’t like our job but it pays the bills. Either close this location or hire a completely new staff.

Stopped by to pick up dinner and was very disappointed! The guy tried to rush me through the line even though there wasn’t anyone else there. In the process he screwed up my order. I asked for a burrito with half chicken and half steak. He put a put the chicken on and then tried to move on and I told him I asked for half steak and he looks at the burrito and then says that’ll be double meat, yeah no duh that’s because you didn’t listen! Then he all but threw my food at me. To top it off the food is dried out and halfway cold.

Very rude. My fiancée and I walked in at 9:30 pm and they told us it was online ordering only because they were “short staffed” well, I went out to my car to place my order just for them to turn off online ordering. Don’t say you’re open until 10 then turn me away 30 minutes before closing. Ridiculous. I also don’t see the difference of ordering in store vs online considering you’d still have to make my order. Three employees standing in the back but you’re too “short staffed” to take a simple order. Don’t recommend this chipotle.

Chipotle used to be good here, now it keeps getting worse every time I go in. They barely put anything in the bowl, skimp on the meat (and I know there portions), and today... some guy yells for sour cream... no one brings him any so he closes up my bowl. Plus... the same male (tall) that works here and acts like he doesn't want to help. This has been several times with the same people. Thanks for making a great day kinda sucky with the attitude and service.

Avoid Chipotle on N. Veterans in Bloomington. Disaster from beginning to end. Submitted an online order because my son wanted a cheese quesadilla. In store you can only order a kids quesadilla. The stupidity of that is annoying as is but what ensued at the restaurant is unacceptable. Our order was to be ready at 12:50. Order was finally received at 1:35. The cheese quesadilla that could only be ordered online was a burrito with sour cream. That’s it. Nothing else. Just sour cream on a tortilla. When I took this to counter I was told it’s because they are out of cheese?! Are you kidding me? I waited FORTY minutes for our order and was given a sour cream burrito?! Not to mention none of our other items (2 burritos and a burrito bowl) had cheese but no one ever mentioned this. The rice was hard and undercooked. The restaurant had NO napkins! Place is poorly run and offered nothing to make things right. They laughed about the sour cream burrito. Completely unacceptable. Who even thinks to make that?! Use your brains!

If I could give zero stars this would be the place.We continue to give them “one last try” as we are local and get more disappointed each time. The staff simply doesn’t care about food regardless of time or day of order. They don’t belong in the kitchen.To the management i would highly recommend spending time with the staff and supervise quality. I would also recommend performing secret shopping via online order. Today’s order is the last for us.On top of poor prepped food, queso was crusty and looked days old. Same order guacamole was super spicy, had a huge chunk of plane avocado, with CARDBOARD chunk inside.

Bowl I ordered was OK. Quality of the chicken is not what I typically receive. Several pieces of the chicken were too tough to chew. I'm assuming it was just an off night and the chicken just wasn't trimmed properly.

I don’t think anyone is quality control checking this place anymore. I went in on 11/05/23 and the meats in our bowls (chicken and carne asada) were all over spiced and ~all~ cayenne pepper overload of just hot hot hot buildup only to be met with too much lime to match. I’ve had chipotle and have never had my stomach acid turn so acidic I had a few moments of panic deciding whether to visit the ER or not. Once again; I’ve had chipotle many times and have never experienced any sort of issues with flavor and consistency. You will not be seeing my money or business again.

We went to this location tonight for dinner. Food was good, but could have been hotter. My problem with this location is it is never clean. We sat at the only semi-clean table in the whole restaurant. The trash cans were overflowing, every table was trashed. There were 4 girls standing near the register just talking and laughing, and only 1 customer in line. Management needs to send someone out as soon as each rush of customers is over to wipe tables, and empty garbage.

I just came in around 9:15 and had to friendliest interaction. I work at a restaurant myself and am very appreciative of great customer service. I came in about 45 minutes till close so like most restaurants will be at that time they were out of a few things. It wasn’t an issue to me at all as I get it but the man making my order was very sincere about his apology and even offered me double of my other topping to make up for it. I chose to leave a $7 tip because I appreciated his attitude so much and he once again was so appreciative and asked me if I was sure I didn’t want a drink or any chips. 10/10 experience at this Chipotle, I will be back.

I order delivery and every time they leave off something or leave out something. Disappointed and tired of wasting my money and not getting what I pay for. Will not order again. This was their last chance with me. Food is good if you get what you pay for.
