I'm not a fan but I'm also the grandparent. The pizza is okay but that's what I expected. I ordered a group of French fries and had to have them cook more. I would not recommend FF. The place was hot so that made it more uncomfortable. I wish I ordered the wings because they smelled good.

Very expensive for not so great food. The games were good. Don't like the fact you pay $12 for the trampoline part and it's locked. You have to find someone to unlock it. Should just be part of the play price.

I had not been in a Chuck E Cheese for probably 20 years, but my niece wanted to go. The staff was super friendly and helpful; the place was super clean - even the restrooms. I saw a staff member sweeping up constantly. The games were in great shape and I was very surprised at the upgrade in their pizza. When it was time to leave with our 4 kids ranging from 3 to 11 years old, every one had a great time and the staff member behind the counter for turning in our tickets for prizes was so patient and helpful. The atmosphere was very family/kind friendly and I felt safe letting them run from game to game, when we did leave it was reassuring that we were all validated as the same ones who came into together, just an extra measure that means a lot. Thank you for such a wonderful evening - we will definitely be back!

My friend got us the play pass a bit ago. We’ve been to three locations and this one is probably my favorite. We usually end up here on weekends when we meet my friend. Staff is always nice and helpful. My son is 1.5 and loves the trampoline. We appreciate staff standing inside with him. It’s a good time!
As for food. It’s ok. It’s never been the best. We usually get pizza. We recently tried salad bar (probably my favorite) and wings.

We come here for my 3-year old so there's a handful of games that she can play. During the week, it's not usually so busy, which is nice. The weekends can be a little chaotic, but that's to be expected. Usually there's at least ONE game not working when we visit. Generally 2-4, but at least one. When it does get busy, they don't have enough staff to handle every station (check in, ticket redemption, check out).
The ticket redemption per game is low and the prizes aren't fantastic, but again, my child is 3 so it's not as big of a deal.
It's a good gig to pay $8 / month for unlimited visits (40pts per day).
Great pizza, great employees, clean place to eat.
