I had not been in a Chuck E Cheese for probably 20 years, but my niece wanted to go. The staff was super friendly and helpful; the place was super clean - even the restrooms. I saw a staff member sweeping up constantly. The games were in great shape and I was very surprised at the upgrade in their pizza. When it was time to leave with our 4 kids ranging from 3 to 11 years old, every one had a great time and the staff member behind the counter for turning in our tickets for prizes was so patient and helpful. The atmosphere was very family/kind friendly and I felt safe letting them run from game to game, when we did leave it was reassuring that we were all validated as the same ones who came into together, just an extra measure that means a lot. Thank you for such a wonderful evening - we will definitely be back!

My friend got us the play pass a bit ago. We’ve been to three locations and this one is probably my favorite. We usually end up here on weekends when we meet my friend. Staff is always nice and helpful. My son is 1.5 and loves the trampoline. We appreciate staff standing inside with him. It’s a good time!
As for food. It’s ok. It’s never been the best. We usually get pizza. We recently tried salad bar (probably my favorite) and wings.

We come here for my 3-year old so there's a handful of games that she can play. During the week, it's not usually so busy, which is nice. The weekends can be a little chaotic, but that's to be expected. Usually there's at least ONE game not working when we visit. Generally 2-4, but at least one. When it does get busy, they don't have enough staff to handle every station (check in, ticket redemption, check out).
The ticket redemption per game is low and the prizes aren't fantastic, but again, my child is 3 so it's not as big of a deal.
It's a good gig to pay $8 / month for unlimited visits (40pts per day).

Paid for a dedicated host for a birthday party if had to keep going to the desk to ask for her. Had to keep asking for the stuff for the party it was all very annoying never again.

We've went twice since moving here and both times the order was wrong. The people are friendly they seem very under staffed. Also stamping people for security is pointless if there are no employees to monitor the doors. There was literally two people there that were employees. One poor girl was running all over the place. And i doubt she is being paid for the 15 positions she's filling. Dinner time on a Friday night during school vacation is not the time to have a skeleton crew on shift. Most of the machines with attachments such as balls were missing most if not all of the pieces. This is definitely the type of establishment that should be massively over staffed. Kids are a handful and they were running all over to include the kitchen area. One little girl just walked right up into the employee section. No idea what the parents were doing because supervision wasnt on the list. I have 3 kids and take 4 adults. But measurements should be taken to prevent this if you are going to have a venue where kids run wild. We did have fun. They have a jump area the kids enjoyed. A large bday section. The Play area is right by the door which seems like an oversight when designing it. The seating area is off to the back and pretty limited. All that said we will continue to go here as it is absolutely the only place where the kids can enjoy themselves while also eating and not being in the cold weather. A couple tv's for the adults might help saw a lot of very bored dads we've moved from an incredible pizza set up to a chuck e cheese set up. The cheese bread is fantastic. And i personally enjoy the salad bar. I don't eat pizza so the alternative is appreciated.
Kid-friendliness: Its a kid place cant be more kid friendly just watch your kids like they are your own because the employees aren't baby sitters

My last visit was in Kansas City 15 years ago. What a Surprise to go to one in Bloomington, IL. It was exciting, my Grandson n Great niece n nephew had a blast. Oh can't 4get the chocolate chip cookie/pie. YUMMY ?

This place is great for kids, daughter loves it so much we purchased the fun pass. Most of the games are properly working they have a new trampoline area. It’s clean, staff are ok food was not.
My wife bit into the first slice of pizza only to find a piece of plastic in it. I approached the manager and made her aware, she seemed very shocked and didn’t really know what to do (young female, seemed nervous) but she ended up refunding our pizza and making a new one.
Even if this happened we will still be supporting this place because it is a greats place for kids.
