I had to come back here twice in one week! Their drinks are so delicious!!! Probably a good thing we don't live near, but now will be a part of our trip :-) The ambiance is so warm and friendly. Very college picturesque!

Love this place, but prices have gone up twice this year, and it's still February. It's not a nationwide chain, so why such a jump in prices. Will be trying other places now.

What better way to start the day with a robust, smooth coffee? It's a pretty dope spot! CH's cool art sets the tone. The latte caramel and hazelnut with oat milk . It is the perfect temperature for the coldest day. Customer service was a plus. The baristas were friendly and explained my options. Great vibes for coffee, light breakfast, and atmosphere to work/study or day trade a little.

very good service, very pretty inside. Also had lots of seating so it didn't feel crowded

What a surprise to find this place! Visited the town for the day a group of 15 people. I always rather explore and support a local. Not to mention one that roasts their own coffee. They had a good selection of the last for a pour-over. The barista was very nice - we chatted and discussed their method, the beans etc. Tried some of the bakery items too.Great service, charming art ambience, clean and cute restrooms. And most importantly of course - coffee!

Nice, local coffee shop with good art and plants. I also had a cronut and a chai. Both were delicious.

Good coffee. Highly suggest baristas are given the opportunity to turn off online orders when there’s 20 people in person waiting on their coffees and you’re slinging online

Love: the Midwest vibe in this old building. Friendly baristas Location, downtown and I can pretty much always find parking nearby. Don't love: the fact that after COVID they close at 4:00 PM. Come on! We need a nice little cozy coffee shop in town to meet with friends...past 4:00 PM. Don't love: that they are suddenly wearing masks (today's date is Jan 7th 2024) Are the Baristas forced to wear them? I can't help but wonder. Shame on you owners! I think we are all ready to move on from that ridiculousness. It's nearly enough to make me not want to support the place. We will see. Don't love: cupboards are empty. Literally...where they used to have a great selection of pastries (and years ago, pre-COVID, offered gluten free options) they have some "left over" scones and Blueberry muffins. Getting Lazy? Owners are vacationing somewhere and don't see this? Not sure. So, they are left wanting. I love BLM, I love Midwest living , I love this small town. And if I had the cash, I'd open a place similar to this and turn it into what this little coffee shop used to be. A great little cozy place where you could come and gather with your friends after work (not easy to do with a place that closes at 4:00), get gluten-free options, and enjoy the loveliness of unmasked baristas! If the masking continues and the empty cupboards, I suppose I'll have to find a different place... and boycott The Coffee Hound and wait for some kind of reform!

One of my favorite coffee shops in Bloomington-Normal. I ordered a cappuccino with oat milk, and received one with lovely milk art and a glass of Topo Chico. Very fun!Dietary restrictions: Oat milk and macadamia nut milk are available

I only stopped by here to grab a coffee-to-go for my drive back to STL, and I swear, this coffee shop is a vibe. Upon entering the coffee shop, I was in awe of how they decorated the interior of this place. I was impressed. The whole shop has an inviting vibe and a modern twist. I ordered my basic iced caramel latte and a pastry. Both were delicious! I would return to this coffee shop if I ever take another road trip that passes by this town soon.

The Coffee Hound, a haven for those in search of the essence of life, brewed and presented in a cup.The staff, they're more than just servers, they're masters of their craft. Their passion for coffee and for service is evident in their eyes, in their smiles, in the careful precision with which they brew each cup. They are not merely workers, but artists, their canvas the ceramic of your coffee cup, their paint the liquid gold they pour into it.It’s a dance, and they are the dancers, the coffee - their music. The atmosphere, it's not just the ambience, but the soul of the place. The walls whisper stories of people who've sat and shared their lives over a cup of coffee. The soft hum of quiet conversation, the comforting background noise of the grinding beans, the smell of the roast - it's a symphony for the senses. The air holds a sense of warmth, a sense of community, a sense of belonging. It's not just a coffee shop, it's a place where hearts meet, where minds find solace, where souls find respite. ??

My fave coffee spot in the Blo-no area! I was on a search for a coffee place that matched up to the one I love in my hometown, and this one takes the cake. It is often busy but the service is fast and friendly.
