Cracker barrel's mixed bag I feel like it depends on who's working and what time you go.

Food arrived cold had to send it back to be rewarmed and that's all they did! Rewarm it!Presentation was sloppy. Had a bowl of chicken noodle soup and the soup was running down the side and spilled over the side of the bowl onto the saucer. Iike it was plated then forgotten under a warming lamp. And the thing is the restaurant only had maybe 20 people in it. Hardly rushed! I've been in there when you had to wait ro be seated and gotten better service.
The waitress did check up multiple times and did try to do her best to rectify some of the kitchens inadequate service. Won't be going back for awhile.

My waitress, Sarah, was perfectly attentive and very pleasant. I am on a restricted diet but found grilled chichen breasts w 2 sides (steak fries, broccoli) that was very tasty and well prepared (not dried out). My meal and stop here made a difficult road trip much easier to complete.

Great waitress. She helped in how to customize my meal. I just wanted a simple eggs, toast, hash browns. Wasn’t on the menu. So had to substitute.

Love the store! Lots of nostalgic options to choose from & fun things to buy for yourself or as gifts. My go to meal is lemon pepper grilled rainbow trout with carrots & a naughty side of hashbrown casserole. Will be trying the grilled catfish next time

We had James as our server. He was fantastic, attentive and really great with my kids! They adored him and had such a fun experience for lunch thanks to him! My 6 year old even said they had the best food she’s ever had!

Spent Thanksgiving meal at the Bloomington restaurant. Greeted by friendly and welcoming staff that truly made us feel valued. Although they were busy (to say the least) they handled the crowd with efficiency and ease. The meal was delicious and very affordable. Such a pleasure being there.

I ordered chicken and dumplings. What was delivered had chicken that was apparently left over grilled with spices rather than normal boiled chicken. Taste was very different than normal. Did not like it.
