I like this place. It’s laid back and has a good atmosphere and the people are nice. However, I stopped in for a coffee one morning and they don’t have actual half and half for customers. Instead they have those little individual containers of creamers - where u have to open 5 or 6 to and pour them into your disposable cup with coffee. If they want to be a legitimate coffee shop, they should put out actual half and half.

Usually I enjoy my coffee from here but when I went in for a caramel latte today, the girl who helped me seemed annoyed when I rang the bell after waiting awhile to order while she wiped down the counter. She made the coffee really fast which seemed fine but after I left I realized that there were more coffee grounds in my drink than I have seen in a latte before :\\ The drink had a lot of grounds settled to the bottom as well and tasted overall really bitter and grainy.

Great atmosphere, but house medium roast coffee taste like hotel or gas station brew at best. Had to order 2, in order to get, just sugar order correct.

They have a great selection of drinks. The cold brew I had was exceptional. My wife’s Chai was a little too sweet, but good! Our service was not great, took 5 minutes standing at the counter before someone took our order.

I have just discovered Crafted. What a hidden gem! Met a friend for delicious coffee a few days ago and here for drinks tonight.
Did an online order at 7:40 got to crafted at 8am they hadn't started my order yet. They took an extra 20 minutes to make 2 coffees. No acknowledgement from the staff just here we are out of whip cream. Then had to flag someone down because we also ordered pastries and they were out of those as well

I’ve tried to support this place especially being a local business, but every time it’s just a frustration. Frequent drive through closures to order issues is only the start. Apparently the business is also aware the online ordering system accepts orders until 6pm even though they close at 4. So my husband went out of his way to come pick up a drink he paid for online to be greeted with a closed sign at the coffee counter. The staff member working said it’s a known issue and instead of offering any sort of assistance, suggested we should dispute it with my credit card (which is also a negative mark for the business). Unfortunately we will not be back, this sort of customer service is not acceptable and a simple apology when this happened or upon other visits when a drink is wrong or not ready could really go a long way.

Good help is hard to find I guess. That is as calmly as I can manage to express my experience there. After messing up our drinks 3 times in a row and becoming rude about it. I think we will stick to how you say... good coffee places in the future lol. You know where you order a drink and it's the drink you ordered. Or if the drink is not the drink you ordered they simply act professional and say "oh my bad let me grab you what you ordered" you know, no big deal kind of thing. To be fair it used to be alot better.
