Since when does a Plain Cheeseburger mean a burger with no cheese? I went inside, and was made aware by staff this has always been their policy? Such stupidity.
It's amazed to get to the counter
A single scoop is the size of a tablespoon, if you ever get a chance to get to wisconsin, stop at Kopp's WAY WAY BETTER, if a shake is six dollars, and a scoop is three dollars.Something doesn't add up

We've been to another Culver's we really like the butter burger, we tried the cheese curds these were tasty. And my cashier Ed ... He was very polite 😁

My wife and I stopped for lunch in Bloomington Illinois. We decided to have the Fish Sandwich, a friend informed us they are great. He was not wrong. Tasted fresh the cod was fantastic. My wife said it tasted better then the burgers. The staff are very professional and nice.

This is the second time we have ordered carryout in advance and still had to wait, and wait, and wait! Today we ordered online at noon for pickup at 12:45. Our order was simple, one burger and one kids meal. We arrived at 12:40, went in to notify the restaurant that we arrived. Our simple small order wasn’t ready until 1:00! Although the food is good, it shouldn’t take an hour to prepare. (Our previous visit, on Father’s Day, was one hour late!).

Dirty tables. Employee refused to help me with closing the shades. Rude cashier treated me like I was dumb. Complicated how to get to counter. Awkward parking lot. Goood food

I came in today(Sunday) and ordered my food. After 15:00 minutes I asked about it. In those 15 minutes, I had to listen to who I’m thinking was the manager, yelling at her staff, getting mad when an order was made by mistake, saying out loud. “ 1 have to count to 10”. I would not want to work for someone who had nothing good to say to the staff. The food was good, the front staff were great and apologized for the wait. But the attitude of the manager made it very unpleasant. All I can say, be nice to your staff, they are the ones we see, keep them smiling and treat them as you would want to be treated. And if you get upset, walk away for a few minutes and regroup. Thank you.

Went in on my lunch break. All I wanted was to try their new and improved chicken sandwich. That’s all I ordered. I stood waiting in the restaurant for at least 20 minutes. When I started to see others get their food that ordered after me I asked where my food was. The lady at the register disappeared and never gave me a response. I waited another 5 minutes and asked another employee. They were all clueless and had no idea where my order went. They finally found it on the register and rushed it to the kitchen. I got my sandwich and they gave me a free fry. I got to my truck to head back to work since I wasted my whole lunch hour waiting for a single sandwich. On my way back I bit into the sandwich and it was a spicy chicken sandwich. I did not order spicy. At this point I wasn’t going back. I tried calling the phone and got a message that the voicemail was full. 4 hours later I was finally able to speak to someone. They took my address and were supposed to send me coupons to refund my money. That was a month ago. Still no coupons. I also asked if they could fix voicemail. Lady stated only one person can do it and they weren’t there. This ranks right there with McDonald’s and their terrible service.
