It is awesome it seems like they have stayed really good I won't even go to some of the restaurants because they don't taste the same like they used to but this restaurant is pretty good

This was BY FAR our worst Culver’s experience ever - and that is speaking for 5 people in our car. We stopped at around 7pm on Sunday, April 21; and after going through the drive through we became part of a 2x3 matrix of (6) cars blocking each other in and then a 7th car came through the drive through window and instead of starting a third line, they just parked in waiting behind us, preventing anyone else from arriving at the window to pay. The car in front of us got his food about 20 minutes before he was able to leave the parking lot because the cars in front of him and to the right of him were stuck waiting for their food.The ice cream cone we ordered came out as ice cream soup in a dish. The fries weren’t cooked through to the middle, in other words, they were RAW. Two of the drinks we ordered never came, and instead of giving us the buffalo chicken strips we ordered, they gave us plain chicken strips.Just disappointing. No communication about the wait and no apologies for the wait or chaos in the parking lot waiting for food.

Went inside to order lunch. The kid working the counter seemed to be rushing us through our order. I barely finish with one item and he seems to be trying to cash us out. It was bad enough that we didn't order any custard because it felt like he wouldn't give us the time to look over the menu.The layout of the place is strange too. After I ordered, I had to walk what felt like halfway across the restaurant to wait at this little counter area. I got to stand awkwardly kind of close to people eating at the tables.Also, didn't notice until we left but apparently when you order burgers, they just automatically assume you want doubles. Seems odd that you have to request it if you just want one patty.

I have been wanting to try this restaurant for quite a few years and could not leave the area without trying it. Must say I was extremely pleased with my food. Everything was hot and made when ordered. Did not take too long to receive order once placed in drive-thru. I will definitely be trying other locations when I am in an area with one.

This location is awful! I did an online complaint with the restaurant and requested that someone contact me and they never did. Go to the Hershey location instead.
