I haven't been here in awhile but was happy with the visit. The chicken tender basket meal was very good and the cheeseburger was pretty good.

The food was great, but it was busier than usual. The staf was working very hard to serve everyone, but they were not keeping up. They forgot my fries, when I pointed it out they borught them out super fast

If I could give a zero star I would, girl at drive thru tried to steal my debit card a rush me along. Rude, lied multiple times after initially screwing up order. I asked her name she refused to give it, no name tag. Manager popped up at window tried to say she gave it back, I put my vehicle in park and refused to leave, after manager tried to rush me off. Girl brought my debit card and bent it in the middle before handing it to me and rushed of pissy. Tried to call the manager on phone she refused to talk to me thru another employee that answered. I know the restaurant business, I own one! This is a attempted theft situation. They even refused my receipt. I canceled my debit card as a precaution! Leaving this here for the owners to see other wise it would be left unknown. Who's involved, speculating, I would say all three of them. Order taker, Manager and the little short gal with the attitude. End of shift, drawer is over, I know how it works. Go online with card nobody knows. Ha Ha wrong guy ladies! 8/5/25 approximately 12:55 ish.

Well-run franchise. It is our local DQ, so we've patronized the place 100+ times. We've had the drive-thru attendant get orders wrong a couple of times, so if we intend to take out, we use the app.

Else, we go inside for great personal ordering help.

Not a bad place to get a burger. Absolutely love the orange cream shake. Friendly staff, although we normally drive through, it is still a good visit.

Everything from google, to the physical sign on the door says inside is open till 10 but they lock the doors at 8:30 on Saturdays

Alex went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure our food and service was GREAT! She obviously cares for her customers and takes pride in what she and the staff do! The place was immaculate, staff were happy and food was delicious! She greeted us with a smile and was very professional and friendly! Well done Main St DQ!
