I ordered buffalo wings, and they gave me bbq, with barely any sauce!!! The wings were mushy and barely had any flavor other than just plain chicken!!!

What's the point of ordering delivery if it's going to be 1.5 hours late, and the wrong things get delivered without a refund or the right thing to be delivered to make it right. Dominos has failed me again, and it reminds me why I never consider them as my first option for food. This is my 5th delivery in a row that has been messed up, late, cold, unappetizing, or all of the above. BTW, "they are short staffed" just like the rest of the world, and it's still not my problem. If you don't have workers then close the doors, it's that simple. This service is an absolute joke though. Paying customers don't deserve to be treated this way. Neither do your employees. Do better.

Spoke to the woman taking care of whole building by herself. She's normally at the Pontiac store but was filling in. She did it all..phones orders cook. She had a great personality and very well at her profession.

Ordered a small hand tossed pizza and an order of knots at noon and it said the order would take 19-30 minutes. After an hour I called and sat on hold for 10 minutes before someone answered. I was told they opened late and there was an order in front of mine and once that was prepared mine would be made. I looked up the hours and it says they open at 10:30. An order shouldn’t even be able to be placed unless they are open. This is absolutely unacceptable! I will never order again!!To follow up on this, I got a response to my review from the supposed owner and was given an email that isn’t even active. I sent an email with my phone number and info of what happened and it was undeliverable. What a joke!

I am not one to write reviews , but i feel that I need to for my experience today. I had placed an online order at 530pm for pickup at 6pm. My order was two pizzas and a cheese bread. Once I got there I was standing in the lobby for over fifteen minutes waiting for any of the six workers to even acknowledge me. I was continually looked at by these workers, but never helped. I understand being busy working, but a few of them were just standing on their phones. Once a worker finally came up and helped me they then told me it will be another twenty minutes . Definitely unhappy with my experience tonight at this location.

I'm most definitely not one to write any negative reviews but because of my experience here I have decided to. I ordered a pizza at 5:30pm online, the website said it would be ready around 6:00pm. I went to pick it up around that time (like 5:55 ish), I waited at the front counter for a little over 10 minutes without anyone coming over or saying anything. There were 6 employees, some just standing around or on their phones, all avoiding eye contact. When I was eventually helped I was told that it would be another 20 minutes for my order. I am very disappointed at this costumer service. But the pizza was good so 2 stars
