I usually order takeout and the food is always good. Wings are some of the best in town and you have to try the peanut butter bacon! Food is fresh upon arrival and friendly service every time!

Food was great, staff was great, place was great. What I don't get is that why I was charged a delivery fee for a carryout order. I should have properly reviewed the bill instead of glancing at it.

Update: It was a carryout order via phone call.

Stopped in for a beer and was served a pitcher with 2 plastic cups...not here for a frat party, serve me like an adult with a glass....plenty of youngsters with margaritas in pint glasses, so no need to come back.

It's a spot that is well known for its wide variety of wings and they have many unique styles along with traditional favorites. The wings are really good. Try the peanut butter and bacon style with jelly on the side.

The fish in the fish and chips was a bit overcooked. Same with the burger patty in the horseshoe. They were super busy on a Saturday night when we went, so it's not a huge surprise.

It was our first time in this area and Cara at this location is absolutely amazing. She made our experience 100 times better. And the wings and fries are TO DIE FOR. Definitely a must visit!!

I’ve never been to this location. I didn’t know there is no host or that the specials are not on the menu. The tone/response from the server to me apologizing and asking questions just didn't seem welcoming in my opinion. I did order one of the specials, there was a substitute for the chicken I believe. The food wasn’t terrible, just simple. Ultimately my experience was okay, not terrible. I did take offense to the server talking negatively about the kitchen staff to a daily customer. I understand we are human and it’s a complicated industry. I really appreciate the manger/owner getting back to me and taking my review into consideration. I’ve definitely heard amazing things about this place. I was told next time to try the wings!

Went here for a Casey's Garden party and had the ham and cheese. Delish! OMG the onion rings!!! sooo good! could see the pepper in the batter. light and oooh sooo crispy!

Service was excellent, food was burnt to a literal crisp. Thought I was going to break a tooth while eating a “horseshoe.” I use the term loosely because it was a single slice of burnt toast, 3 pieces of burnt ham, over cooked waffle fries and what felt like an entire can of cheese sauce.

Edit to business response: We didn’t actually complain or say anything about it because you were so busy. Furthermore, we didn’t get a take out box so I’m not sure what you’re referring to..I paid full price, left a decent tip and walked away..either way, I appreciate the response!

A fun local pub! Delicious food and a variety of beverages. Something for everyone! The chicken dip sandwich is my favorite!!!

We had heard good things so thought we’d stop on our way down to Carbondale to drop off our daughter for college. Ordered 2 appetizers, wings and a sandwich. Waitress checked in after 30 min of waiting, saying our food would be out shortly. After 45 minutes, she stopped in again and said any minute. After an hour of waiting I asked another waitress to check on our food. Turns out our waitress never put our order in. The manager apologized profusely and offered to comp our whole order but the problem was we had already wasted a lot of time and needed to get on the road so we couldn’t wait any longer. The part that really made me mad besides ruining our dinner and making us arrive much later than we wanted, was that our waitress never stopped by to personally apologize for what she did. It was her 3rd or 4th day working the manager said, so I understand that mistakes happen but she should’ve taken some responsibility for it instead of acting like it was no big deal. I may give them another try sometime on our way through town because the food looked good but would not sit in this waitress’s section again!

We came in with a party of 7 (I called to see if we needed a reservation) and was greeted with a rude hostess staff. It was awkward and they looked like they did not want to be there, I don’t blame them. We then got to our table outside where they were not willing to accommodate moving a table so we could all sit together (no one else was outside on the patio besides us). The food there is great and reasonably priced but the service of the staff is enough for us not to return again. There were several passive aggressive comments made towards our group. Our 2nd waitress was great so we ended up tipping her 20% regardless of how the rest of the staff performed.
