They get absolutely slammed weekday mornings, so be prepared if you're rolling in for a morning coffee and donut fix. The drive-thru tends to whip around the corner. Going inside doesn't do you much better.
Ordered two coffees, one black, one with cream and sugar. Got both black which makes me think that attention to detail suffers majorly during peak times.
Overall, place seems a bit cramped and run down.

This place is an embarrassment, I’m pretty sure Animals from the zoo will do a better job than this I’m very disappointed, had 2 coffees and 2 breakfast items. The drinks were disgustingly non drinkable. missing the flavoring and the cream , the breakfast tasted awful and was cold like it was old . Order took 30 minutes for 1 sandwich a little breakfast thing and 2 medium drinks.. didn’t know dunkin hires sloths now??

First time ever going to this location this morning to grab some breakfast for me and two employees and all 3 of us threw away our breakfast sandwich and hashbrowns! I am NOT EVER wasting the money here for breakfast again, I'd rather spend the extra money for Starbucks breakfast than this place! The sandwiches and hashbrowns are soo freaking soggy it's not even funny! I do not want to eat a slimy breakfast! Starbucks breakfast actually has a crunch to it because its cooked ALL THE WAY THROUGH! Never had this problem at a starbucks and will never think twice about whether dunkin is a better idea than Starbucks! So gross!

Use to order in the mornings with no issue. Decided to order a hot coffee one evening and was asked multiple times if I wanted that said coffee hot while laughing. I asked does this item not come hot? And they just said sure sure while laughing with someone else. I pull around and they're still talking and laughing while taking my payment and laughing even harder as they handed me my drink. No "thank you, have a good day". Literally poured it out soon as I drove off. Hadn't ordered there since as I've been going to BLOOM's Coffee <3 every morning but unfortunately I did not have the extra time today so I swung through here to give it another chance and I get a cup with a dead bug hanging on the lid. Wasted time and money once again but won't happen again. Only BLOOMS and Starbucks from here on out.

Not sure about the stuff they serve. I went there to get coffee. There were like 10 ppl (not exactly, but there were more people than necessary for sure). They were loudly talking to each other. I stood there and waited to be greeted and to get my order. Those people continued talking in their language and one guy was sweeping the floor right at the cashier where I was standing in front of. Nobody came up to ask as if I did not exist. There are more serving staff than a usual Dunkin store and the in-store service does not seem to exist. Isn’t it weird when you stand there wait to order and only get to put up a bunch of people quacking?
