Unfortunately, my recent visit here left me disappointed due to service with our server- Raquel. Our server didn't even offer a greeting and failed to check in on us, despite walking past our table multiple times. Oddly, another staff member, a different server, had to step in and serve us our food that came from the robot server. To add to the frustration, our assigned server was on the floor talking to other staff members. I appreciate the other server for stepping in and she even checked in to see if we needed anything else. This second visit was a stark contrast to my previous positive experience at the same place. Overall, the lack of attentiveness made for an unsatisfying dining experience this time.

4-9-24Yes!This place is excellent!The food is top-notch for sure!My wife had the Flight of Mimosa and she loved it!The freshness and quality of the food is amazing! So many great choices!Price is more than fair for this quality!Our server Kiandra (Ki Ki) was amazing! The atmosphere is cute, but beware that it’s very noisy in there on the weekends. Not a place to sit down and have a relaxing conversation. For the price, the food is just okay. I had the fig tree omelette, and I found it to be lacking seasoning and one note. Our server was great.

Egg Republic is a breakfast gem. Food was incredibly flavorful and service was top-notch. Only advice is to go early as this place gets busy fast, it's totally worth it! Luckily, we got in before scheduled slot and it was a fantastic experience overall.Highly recommend for a delicious breakfast or brunch!!

By far Egg Republic is the best breakfast spot in Bloomington/Normal. I'll go as far as saying it's the best in the state. I've been there multiple times and the food and service have always been great. Everything I've had on the menu is so good, however, the Crab Benedict is my favorite. We had Kiki as our server today and she is a ROCKSTAR. She was very attentive, friendly and very informative of the menu. I never had to ask for refills of coffee.Thank you Kiki as we appreciate GREAT SERVICE!!!
A very welcome addition to the community and a worthy challenger to Ft Jesse. We had the Clover (corned beef skillet) and the Pacos (pancakes as the shell for breakfast tacos). We also had the battered and fried bacon to split with the table and they were very delicious.My son's waffle fries were better than any others in town. My SIL's breakfast burrito with barbacoa was shared and enjoyed by everyone.If there's ANY aspect I didn't care for it's that the music is too loud. But I'm middle aged and have very good hearing.The staff is wonderful and attentive.

Menu misleading. Does not state "no substitutions". 20 percent of order added for groups but this is also not on the menu. Waiter did not communicate this. Manager was called to answer questions and she said that was the rules. I will not return and I will pass the word to others. Also they would not say if the waiter would get the full tip or if it would be shared.Kid-friendliness: Drinking and drunkenness.Wheelchair accessibility: There were large thresholds on both doors. No room to get thru between curtains and posts.
