Restaurant was filthy all the tables were dirty. When you order an sandwich that's 9 bucks could you put the condiments on for real! When we complained nicely we just got attitude. Not going back. We used to live that place... I dont know what happened 😕

Ever since Panera got rid of Blueberry and French Toast bagels along with savory chive or veggie cream cheese I've been looking for a replacement. Einstein's makes bagels every 4 hours m they have garden veggie, strawberry and chive cream cheeses (along with many other flavors!) Panera will frequently run out of the kinds of bagels I want! Einsteins has great flavors like apple cinnamon bagels and they have Felicia bagel sandwiches! Hands down they have Panera beat. I wish I lived closer to Einsteins.

Honestly, this has to be the strangest eatery I have experienced in the Midwest. The store closes at lunch. That makes absolutely no sense. In California, where I used to reside Einstein Bros was open for lunch and was a terrific place to go. In Bloomington, IL the store closes at lunch yet offers non-breakfast style bagels. Not sure how they expect to stay in business. They're missing an enormous opportunity with Growmark, Farm Bureau, State Farm, and Country Financial very close by. Those folks gotta eat. Unfortunately, I don't expect them to survive very long. The food is really good, though...

The employees always greet me when I go and place an order. They are always quick with their service and the food is delivered hot and is always so delicious! I feel welcomed everytime I walk into Einsteins and everything I have already mentioned before is the reason why I continue to come back and have my breakfast with them.

Really expensive for what you get. Customer service was terrible. Would not reccomend.

We love the bagels. They're always nice and fresh, and well-sliced Much, much better than Panera. However ...It's the service that's a bit of a problem, Every time I come in, I'm always feeling *rushed*. I go to give my order and am constantly interrupted and have to start over. For example: last time, I could barely get out "3 Everything, please, and ..." and she moved immediately to the register and said "that's one Everything ..." which tells me she wasn't listening. And each time the store wasn't particularly busy.

Top notch crew every time I go in. I made a mistake on my order and they fixed it. Food is always good and they seem to care about the quality of service.

Absolutely love this place. People love to complain about how they run out of bagels, but as long as you get there early enough there is plenty of

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I have never been so disappointed with an order. My boyfriend and I ordered a turkey-sausage and cheese breakfast sandwich with egg on a plain bagel, and a plain bagel with cream cheese. I assumed the sandwich was correct when she called his name for the to-go order, and we left after they gave us his bagel that they initially failed to make and put in the bag. We got in the car and noticed the sandwich was spicy on an Asiago bagel, so my boyfriend went back in to get the sandwich I ordered. They made him pay for the sandwich again, even though they are the ones who got the order wrong in the first place since we “already took the sandwich out of the store.” Excuse us for thinking they gave us the correct item and walking out of the store with it!! $30 later, we are eating our bagels and can barely bite through because they’re hard as a rock. He initially gave them a 20% tip. If only we knew in advance that this was going to happen, we wouldn’t have left a tip at all. I usually enjoy Einstein Bagels, but we definitely will not be returning to this location.
