I would visit early in the morning so the staff might not have been completely awake which might be why their customer service was a bit lacking. The bagels were good as long as you aren't looking for suggestions on what to order.

Overall the food is consistently fresh and the service is petty quick. My latest experience paying put me off a bit. The card machine REQUIRES a tip be made or ur canceled the transaction. The employee seemed to know about it and simply shrugged when I said I planned on leaving the obligatory tip, in cash. I get that workers expect a tip for everything but this is a bridge too far for me.

Delicious! They helped me pick out a burrito and a coffee. Yummy! Thank you! Was also cheaper than I anticipated!!! I haven’t been to Einstein since Denver and I was very happy to see on here!!!!
