Great food. Very friendly staff. Sometimes a little slow to get a table or food isn't quite ready for pickup. But we like it still!

I'd like to give it half a star. However we got there at 530 told us it would be a half hour for a table of 5. Over an hour later we left because they kept giving away tables to people that came after us. One group did call ahead but overall felt shafted and left.

Excellent service, great food, reasonablly priced. We got the family feast, serves 4-6. We are 4 big eaters and had left-overs.

Awesome experience at Famous Dave’s. I went with two buddies of mine and we had the Southern rib tips. Perfectly done! Lori and team was our host and she surely made our night with her amazing smile and excellent service. I even forgot my ear-buds and Lori tracked me down for them.

This is closest Famous Dave's to me so I like to go there when I'm in Bloomington. The past two visits have not been good food wise. I ordered the rib tips on both visits and both times the meat was very tough. Jerky tough. The flavor was good it was just a chore to chew. My problem with this last visit is that the meal ran right through me. I spent more time in the bathroom (at home) than I did on the road to get there.Even though we were the only customers in the restaurant, the staff was very kind and attentive as if the place were busy. The restaurant was clean and temperature appropriate.I'll definitely go back to Famous Dave's but I'm going to pass on the rib tips. I'm pretty sure I can put BBQ sauce on a football and have an easier time digesting it than eating their rib tips. I pray my next visit helps me to digest and forget my last two visits.

After calling the restaurant right at 11 o’clock when they opened to place a large $85 order, the order was 50 minutes late. And when I called to find out what was keeping the order from being ready, I was put on hold 4 times and hung up on all 4 times. When I finally refused to be put on hold the 5th time, the employee that I talked to was extremely rude. No, I will never dark in the doors of this restaurant again.

Normally pretty good BBQ, but that certainly wasn’t the case tonight. The food and service were both not very good, long waits and small portions for the price. The Diet Pepsi also tasted horrible and the machine should be repaired! Unfortunately I don’t plan on returning anytime soon and don’t recommend it.

Family was having problems ordering online through the rewards program. Called the restaurant and they said they can take care of it at store. Turns out they can't and their excuse was the person on the phone is new. No compensation what so ever! One of the orders was the breaded chicken meal w/ 2 sides + cornbread muffin and when we got home found out that we got four pieces of chicken not even the size of jumbo shrimp. They use to be bigger. If that is what the size they are going to be down the line then they need to lower the price. Probably won't be getting food from there for a long time until customer service get better.

Had good food and good service, but was overcharged by two meals. I spoke to a supervisor that said he didn't have a way of knowing if I was telling the truth. I was very polite and tipped very well. He said he would look into it and call me. I never heard back.

The food was great I got the pulled pork and wedges and stole my cousins cornbread lol absolutely loved it and service was great as well didn’t catch the waiters name but he was very friendly and interacted with everyone

Wait time was short and service was very good, impressive while shorthanded during COVID-19Food was delicious as always.

Good barbecue and drinks. Server was very pleasant and attentive. Will be returning soon!
