Megan is hands-down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Every time I stop by Fat Jack’s, she makes the experience 10x better. She’s quick, attentive, and always seems to know exactly when you need a refill. On top of that, she has a warm and welcoming personality that makes everyone feel like a regular—even if it’s their first time there. She mixes a fantastic drink, keeps the vibe fun and relaxed, and clearly cares about creating a great experience for her customers. If you’re at Fat Jack’s, do yourself a favor and grab a drink from Megan—you won’t be disappointed!

we love fat jacks! tsunamis are liquid gold. and the girl bartender at the front bar with the dark hair is literally the best bartender downtown. me n my friends always stop by just to see her! shes always so fast to get us our drinks and is the best brtender there to keep up with how busy it gets on saturdays. dont pass on this place. just dont piss here, bathrooms can be nasty

The lady bartender that worked 4th of July is extremely rude! first of all, it’s like she would literally run you over if she could with the way she looks at you and she intentionally ignores you or makes you feel like the lowest scum on earth, I don’t know what her problem is but she is quite literally one of the rudest bartenders i have ever met. Her male coworker on the other hand was so jolly and so happy to be serving people, an extreme opposite of her. Look, I understand if the place is busy and she’s having a bad day but she’s like this every time!!! definitely won’t be coming back.

Woman bartender with black hair is rude, continuously ignored me and my friends on purpose (I know bartenders are busy but this was intentional) she would look straight at us and as we would try to order she would walk away and start cleaning up instead of attending to us. Took multiple attempts to finally get her to take our order then she messed up my drinks! When confronted, she tasted one of my drinks and told me I got exactly what I ordered however my drink tasted like a watered down vodka when I indeed ordered a mixed drink with Malibu rum! I will not be returning and neither will my friends ? terrible customer service on her part

We were in town for an event and walked by and chose this place for dinner. This joint is good for a beer but not dinner for your family Food was equivalent to cafeteria food. Nothing seemed home made. The pros were the price and a server that was running around trying to keep up with the bar and dining guests. I'd skip this place for a family dinner until the food quality increases.

Need to remodel floors are overly sticky some bartenders can be picky choosey, need to open or add another bar for access to drinks during a busy night!
I had a terrible experience at this small bar in the middle of a bustling area full of clubs. The guy at the front was extremely rude and unprofessional. As I was about to enter, he touched my pants and claimed I couldn’t come in because I was wearing “sweatpants.” Here’s the thing: they were khakis from Lululemon, not sweatpants! There were no signs indicating any dress code, yet this guy decided I wasn’t dressed appropriately. What made it worse is that the three clubs around this bar had no problem letting me in with the same outfit. This place clearly needs to work on its customer service and establish clear rules if they’re going to enforce a dress code. Avoid this place if you don’t want to deal with disrespectful bouncers that like to physically touch other men’s clothes and pants in general.
