I am allergic to shellfish so in all my food orders I stick to chicken. I ordered a strictly chicken dish and it came with tons of shrimp in it. I was blamed by the lady at the front for not stating my allergy. I guess at their restaurant be careful because a chicken dish is not really a chicken dish.

The Only Reason I Am Giving A 2 Star And Not A One Is Because The Service Was Excellent We had Dinner Tonight 6 Of Us Due To Homecoming Weekend It Was Packed So We Expected Okay Service But Excellent Food Unfortunately Our Experience Was The Exact Opposite Our Server Was Quick To Bring Us Chips And Salsa And Take Our Drink Order 15 Minutes Later He Returned To Take Our Food Order After 30 Minutes Our Food Arrived Around 45 Minutes After We Arrived In Total 2 Of The 6 Dishes Were Properly Cooked The Other 4 Dishes Were Very Cold Almost As If They Were Not Properly Cooked Initially Were Returned The 4 Dishes To The Kitchen To Be Re Heated 2/4 Dishes Came Back Proper Temperature The Other 2 Were Still Cold In The Center As A Vegetarian For 12 Years To Find Beef On A Vegetarian Dish Is Simply Unnacceptable Had I Not Noticed I Would Have Been Very Sick For Several Days I Will Personally Never Return To This Location It Was Overall A Very Poor Experience For Around 20-25$ A Dish To No Fault Of The Server He Did An Excellent Job Unfortunately The Kitchen Staff Dropped The Ball Hard ?

Me and my co workers stopped here after work figured you can go wrong with Mexican Food….when I tell you the food was HORRIBLE!!!!! Everything was oversized mushy and not much flavor the Margaritas where even horrible I’m convinced they didn’t put any alcohol in them! Maybe the fact that we’re from Chicago has us spoiled but I make better Mexican food at home than this place I feel sorry for the people that live in Normal/Bloomington Illinois if this their only option outside of Taco Bell

Accommodated my request to serve my shrimp fajita with no oil. And it was really tasty and the people were great . Appreciate you guys I’ll be back god willing. Salsa was really nice had garlic and other items not just plain red sauce like others I’ve had.

Dietary restrictions: I asked to please not add vegetable oil and they accommodated.

I am a semi-regular patron of this place. I usually eat here once every couple weeks. As I scooted in the booth we were sat in, I felt something poke me. When I looked a spring had poked through the seat, poked a hole in my shorts, and was poking me. I called the manager over. I showed him the hole in the seat and the hole in my shorts. He said “thanks for letting me know” and walked away. There was not even an apology or an offer to move us to another table. When I went to check out the manager was working the register. I asked about compensation for my shorts, and he asked how was the food. I said the food was great. He said “well if the food was bad then I would have comp’d you for the food, but sorry about your shorts.” He was extremely rude and dismissive.

Not fancy by any means but it doesn’t have to be. I had the steak quesadilla and it was very good. I also enjoyed the salsa; I probably would have drank it through a straw if I had one. The chips tasted a bit like old oil but the salsa made up for that. Definitely worth a return trip.

The chips served to us were honestly the worst tortilla chips I've eaten in my life, they tasted like murky water. The beef quesadilla tasted good enough, very wet though. The only thing I can compliment was the chicken wings, they were decent for a good price.

We always love fiesta, tonight we carried out and I ordered chicken with my combo and it came with beef. It was very good, just not what we ordered. My wife’s chilaquiles were amazing. Service on carry out was excellent! Thank you Fiesta!
