We were in town and decided to stop by Fiesta Ranchera today, funny coincidence is that we knew our waiter from a previous restaurant. Evan was very kind and always very generous, it was such a pleasure to talk to him! I ordered the fajita quesadilla with chicken and my husband ordered the chimichangas with shredded beef. Nice big servings and quite delicious, always made fresh! We got in there before the dinner rush so that was even better because it was quiet in the restaurant...
