Fiesta Ranchera Mexican Restaurant

Prefer this Normal location over the others. Have eaten here often and for decades.

Been on a 3 week road trip. This by far was the worst food.

I ordered to go and as I was eating it at home, something was lodged into my food and I bit into it. It was hard as rock. I don't even know what it is but it nearly took my teeth out. Please practice more food safety, theres no reason this thing should have been there....

Market st location/JC Parkway always has old and stale chips. I have tried to return my chips after picking up my order to realize when I got home how nasty they were but they wouldn’t switch them out.. Probably because they were all stale and nasty. Empire location makes the rice to where it’s mush. I’m officially done with Fiesta and will stick with Hacienda

Unfortunately, my visit to Fiesta Ranchera was underwhelming. The overall quality of the food didn’t meet expectations, and the taco salad was especially disappointing. The meat lacked seasoning entirely, and it was added to the shell without being properly drained, which made the whole dish soggy and unappetizing. I hope they revisit their preparation standards.

Yesterday I came in & good some chips and cheese Dip&a Drink but the cheese Dip wasn't cooked well and also it was cold so I marked this has Zoro not happy I should get my money back.

Always good food here. Love it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

I ordered the steak quesadilla which not cut like they are normally cut. In fact, it wasn't cut at all. It was greasy and not good at all :( Total waste of money. I threw it away.

Great place. Not crowded. We wanted a small meal. We are smaller, older and do not eat a lot. We don't eat meat. We were able to find something, but it was a bit too much for us to eat. 1 taco would be good. With rice and beans. Prefer fish. We recommend this place if you are hungry.

This place needs serious help. Took an hour to get simple dishes, got my own drink refills and entertained the employees kid the entire time. Standards matter.
