First time coming here and not good first experience i come at 8pm and was served cold food after i work all day long will never return here and if i could id leave zero stars what a way to lose customers i thought it was called firehouse subs not coldhouse subs fire means hot food not luke

Just great all around. Vey laid back abd polite staff. Even cleaned a firedhouse bucket for me when I wanted to buy one and they were out. He could have just said they were out but he actually went and cleaned one for me. They really take customer service seriously. Will definitely be back on my next visit to Bloomington. Oh and the sub was really good too.

Just picked up my order and the one woman was being really rude to the worker making the sandwich if he was doing something wrong wait till customers are gone to say something to him don’t do it in front of people completely

The staff made sure I was up to date on any deals and was able to provide suggestions, in addition to making sure I was pleased with my meal. The salad was a fresh, healthy option. My husband enjoyed his cheddar brisket.

I was passing thru the area and stopped for lunch. Food was good and the staff were friendly. Pretty standard sub shop, similar to the other big chains.

Get so tired of ordering from here and NEVER getting the pickles. Even when you order online and order extra you get none. Guess I'll go back to Pot Belly at least they get our orders right
