Giordano's Reviews
We just attempted to get a pizza at your Bloomington location.
A group of 5 people including myself were waiting outside for over 40 minutes as we were ignored by your on duty manager who refused to open the door for us.
All five of us, including a man who drove an hour to get to the restaurant one way all left!

we were excited to see a Giordano's while we were here in Bloomington. But they did not open. Too bad we love their pizza but need to get on the road home. I guess we need to stick to Chicago locations.
do not go to the Giordano's in Bloomington. You go there and are given paper plates with plastic cutlery. your pizza comes out in a box. this is eating IN the restaurant, not getting it delivered.
until they start acting like a sit down restaurant, avoid them like the plague.

Menu
Giordano's offers delectable stuffed pizza and Italian Beef with Giardiniera Arancini. The food is delicious, though the service is simplified with customers ordering at the counter. The staff is attentive, bringing food to the tables and ensuring drinks are refilled. However, the location can be difficult to find, tucked away in a corner. Some customers have found the management unfriendly and had issues with specific orders. Overall, it is a place to enjoy unique dishes, though improvements in service and menu variety are desired.
Customers praise the Chicago-style pizza, which they do well. The business has adapted to the current situation by having an order-at-the-counter setup, which some customers appreciate for its efficiency. The staff, particularly the host, is described as extremely friendly and helpful, guiding customers through the process and providing excellent service. The deep-dish pizza is also well-received, with a flavorful cheese and sauce, though the crust can be a bit dry.
