We just attempted to get a pizza at your Bloomington location. A group of 5 people including myself were waiting outside for over 40 minutes as we were ignored by your on duty manager who refused to open the door for us. All five of us, including a man who drove an hour to get to the restaurant one way all left! When we called the restaurant, the manager who drives the blue F150 hung up on me when I inquired about why he didn’t open the door! He should be fired!!

They no showed for the delivery. Said they never got my online order then changed their mind when I said I wanted a refund of delivery fee and tip. Delivery guy already took the tip. They were understaffed and very cranky. Many upset customers calling and in person this night.

My family and I were excited to try real Chicago deep dish pizza, after moving from Illinois to Connecticut. We are used to thin crust pizza from New Haven Connecticut that is absolutely fantastic. I did have Lou Malnati's a couple months ago and thought it was really good so I was excited for my whole family to try this. I really wanted to like it, but we just did not care for it. The crust seemed just too dry and flavorless and the flavor of the pizza itself was not great. I would definitely try Lou Malnati's again and have my family try it when we try Chicago Pizza again.

Although we order the pizza up front, they did bring the pizza out and a salad. The salad was good and the service was very friendly.

Chicago style is my favorite pizza, and they do a good job. They don't wait on the tables it's an order at the counter kind of place, so that's so so, but other than that, I enjoyed it.

the guy at the host stand was extremely nice to us and answered any questions we had. he took our order, cashed us out, brought us our appetizer, our pizza, and refilled our drinks. i think the people complaining about “no service” maybe need to understand that it’s the only thing this business can do in order to maintain itself right now. they are trying to make it work, and i think it went smoothly! our pizza was super good and the service from the guy at the front was amazing!

First time trying Giordano’s - just moved to town. We ordered cheese one and added to it mushroom. The mushrooms were NON existent! We tried to count them and we got barely 6 pieces of mushrooms in the whole deep dish pizza!!!!! Either make additions for free or add a decent amount!!!
Not sure we will go back but wanted to signal this issue!

We ordered two frozen pizzas to take home. We were charged $48 for these pizzas. After purchasing, we realized that the pizza had not been frozen. We had two sausage pizzas. We have only eaten one. There was no more than four pieces of sausage in that pizza. The cheese had a peculiar taste as well. I come from Chicago and have never had a bad pizza from Giordano’s. I also purchased a soda, and was charged $4. Not sure what was going on at this location. I will most likely never come back to this Giordano’s. I will also be notifying Giordano’s corporate offices. So disappointing! My entire family loves Giordano’s. Cannot believe what we received!

The pizza was classic Chicago deep dish and very good. However, they were very short staffed as they have cut all wait staff. The manager was trying to serve customers, take orders, and manage staff all at the same time. Not sure how long it can last in it's current state. Probably won't go back.

For deep dish, it was an inch thick, at best. Over priced thick crust pizza, imo.

I ordered the Classic Margherita pizza & I had high hopes cause yk it’s Giordano’s but this was the worst pizza ever it literally tasted like a Lean Cuisine pizza. Definitely was a waste of $17.66. I gave 2 stars for service because I called to see if my online order was ready and you have to go through the automated prompts and once I got someone I was quickly placed on hold for a few minutes and so I just hung up

The restaurant is almost empty; no service at all over the table area. Food is ok but not worth the cost

we were excited to see a Giordano's while we were here in Bloomington. But they did not open. Too bad we love their pizza but need to get on the road home. I guess we need to stick to Chicago locations.

It's edible. Low quality chain restaurant food. Far cry from Chicago style I've had in Chicago. Thin crust was also poor. Restaurant was in shambles and had a sign that they had table to eat at but no waitstaff. Very expensive for what you get.
