Don't understand how this place has over 4 stars. The young man that took our order was friendly, but the food was mediocre at best. It's like pretty much any carry out Chinese food, except the meat tasted funny. We were not able to eat our meals, and will likely end up eating another meal somewhere else before the evening is over.

I am a regular now here. Love their food. The Fried Cantonese Noodle with Chicken was awesome when I tried last time. I was missing Mandarin Garden after they closed, and this is my replacement.

We came to Golden Dragon as we were in Bloomington for a festival and we wanted to get dinner afterwards. I called Golden Dragon to see if there was a wait but they told me it had been a bit slow that day so we’d be seated right away.

When we got there we looked at the menu as you order at the front and ordered the Hunan Beef and General Tso’s Chicken. Both dishes came with rice and a fortune cookie and we paid about 3$ for each of us to get a drink. The owners seemed to be an older Asian couple and they were so kind and brought the food out promptly.

Both of us enjoyed our dishes and if we’re ever back in the area we’ll make sure to support Golden Dragon. Thanks for serving us!

The absolute best hunan chicken you can find. Spicy but you can still enjoy all the different flavors. The crab rangoon is pretty tasty as well. Everything is made to order, not sitting in a warming pan under heat lamps. Takes a minute to get your food but most definitely worth it for freshly made entrees. They have daily lunch specials but I love the hunan chicken so much I can't order anything else.

Love this place! The food is excellent and prices are not ridiculous compared to other places in town which are basically fast food quality. The food here is always hot and fresh. The owners are the sweetest people as well. Never had a bad experience here. We dine in and pick-up and service for both has always been great!
