Just ordered Grady's Pizza. Spent almost $40 for a family size pizza. Went and picked it up. It was way over cooked. Called to let them know. The owner Chris Grady said that I should have ordered it 3/4 cooked. Said I could bring it back. Told him my husband had already crunched through his half. Then he asked my address Told him. Then he said that I was on a Do not deliver to on a list of theirs. That I must have had some trouble with them before Or that it was my daughter? I don't have a daughter My phone number didn't come up in their system when I ordered. Because it had been so long ago. I normally eat it there.. When I told him that I have never had any kind of issue with them (Been a patron since the 80's. ) He said I must have used a different number to order. I am so pissed off right now. I guess they have now lost a customer because the owner wanted to argue and accuse the customer of some BS. Now boycotting Grady's Pizza in Normal.

Unique sauce for sure. Probably not for everyone’s taste buds but stop leaving a bad review because YOU didn’t like it. Stick to McDonald’s. I eat here at least once a month and it’s consistent and great every time.

Hands down the best pizza I have eaten. The sauce they use is very tasty and unique. Highly recommend getting the breadsticks with sauce. Great food, great service outstanding pizza. Best pizza I have had my entire life.

Honestly a disappointment. The pizza sauce is so sweet and there was literally only one piece of pepperoni and one piece of sausage on each piece of pizza. There was hardly any cheese and my kids only ate one piece each. My husband and I ordered the Italian beef which was actually shredded roast. Cheese curds were all breading. Our server was the only one in the whole dining room and really was excellent - she was the only positive part of our experience. The price was ridiculous for the quality - definitely won't be returning.

The Grady's website says they are open till 10pm so we drove 20 + miles to come in for supper. We arrived at 8:35 on a Saturday night and were told the dining room was closed. 8:35pm on a Saturday! When I mentioned the website says open till ten, we were told it just varies. Perhaps change your website to say we close whenever the mood strikes us. Ridiculous.

I called for delivery, I saw a car of Grady’s just 4 doors down from me a couple days ago, I was told they don’t deliver out here I mentioned the car delivering just recently and was told they “pick and choose” who they deliver to. Wow! It’s your business to do just that but you lost a first time customer, maybe you make more than enough money that you don’t care but picking and choosing who to deliver to will lose you many more customers. Looking now at the reviews I would think you would want a better reputation, especially when you lose a customer who could influence many businesses to not order from Grady’s from a review I read. Again, must make more money than you need to treat customers so poorly and risk losing a lot of business.

Went in today July 12th for dinner upon entering without any explanation said they can't serve us because of some instances that happened that we don't know of anything we done.
Took my daughter there for her birthday and was the worst mistake ever!!! Pizza is absolutely disgusting!!! All you taste is the terrible sauce and grease!!! Ordered mushrooms and shrimp also and was not impressed!!! $70+ not including tip for food that would of tasted better from Any Local Bloomington Bar and been cheaper!!! Will Never go back again!!! All the stains on the paper are from the grease just bringing it home....absolute trash!!!

Yuck. I took my niece here and this place is nasty. It took us over an hour to get our food after we sat down. The pizza has ketchup on it instead of tomato sauce. This place smells like a stale frat house and daycare combined.

Our waitress was nice.🤩 She kept our drinks full. Salad and breadsticks were good. The pizza had a different sauce.🍕 It just tasted okay. We are getting the meat lovers next time.😊
