Went there for chicken wings. Waitress brought us our wings with no dipping sauce. I asked for some ranch dressing to dip wings. Waitress brought us a tiny paper cup with ranch dressing. I thought all was fine until I checked bill. Asked waitress what is this extra item on my bill. She said "that is ranch dressing you ordered". Who the Hell charges for extra for tiny cup of ranch dressing when you order buffalo wings. I would just like to know. Never went back again.

First food was very good. Tables were gross...very sticky cleaned with hand wipes and when I was done they were black!!!! Nasty. Waitress was good at wearing shorts and tight top....but that was it service was horrible 2 stars for the food only

The waitress was more interested in the table of 4 guys behind us than taking our order. She forgot to turn our order in and we waited over an hour and a half for our food. Then she forgot to put in our order of wings to take home so that was another half hour we had to wait for our wings. The manager came over and apologized for our wait and offered us a free desert as far as I'm concerned I think our meal should have been free. We paid $60 for a meal and did not even get everything on our sandwiches or our fries or our free desert. Overall it was a bad experience.

Ok food, and girls of your into that sort of thing. My husband loves going, and says i dont even compare to the waitresses with my deflated beanbags. I like taking him there because every trip gives me another reason to justify the incoming divorce. I like the frenchfries

Tables were dirty and sticky and uncleared long after people left. There were only eight people there at 12:30 lunch hour and waitresses and manager were hanging around the bar chatting instead of cleaning tables. Can't make this up, but there was seriously industrial rolls of toilet paper hanging on coat hooks in stalls of women's restroom. Apparently changing the paper was too much of a challenge.

Went in on a Friday night, we figured our food would take awhile not a big deal. Got a new server again not a big deal, she did great and we would never take it out on our server being it was not her fault. But our chips and queso took 30 minutes to even come out to us. Then another 15 before our food came out. The food was mediocre at best. My wings had barely any sauce, were over cooked, our fries and tots were under cooked. We were never even offered any discounts or anything. We saw multiple tables walk out angry. I thought the situation could be handled a lot better. After growing up in the restaurant business I get being short staffed but the situation could have been handled better. We go here quite often but this has to be the worst experience yet.

It's not as good as it should have been. Beer set on the bar for 12min before we got it almost warm no offer of a cold one. All the other drinks same story. Our order was messed up only got half our food, the girl seemed to be apologizing to every table for something messed up. Hooters needs to step up their game, it is not how it was when I was younger. I grew up in Tampa Florida and went to the original Hooters every week. It saddens me to see one of my favorite restaurants in this state.

Kitchen staff was in full view of the dining area with a mouthful of food. Not returning. Loss of 5 customers in one visit. Would have posted negative stars if possible😡😠😡

We ordered carry out last night for my birthday and food was terrible they mixed up our wings my wife ordered 6 mild and I ordered 15 medium wings well her box was 6 medium wings and her mild wings were in with my other medium wings, I also ordered a full Caesar salad and paid 8 bucks for it but it was the size of a side salad, needless to say I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon and I guess I should of known when nobody was eating there at 6pm

Went to Hooters to eat a casual supper while watching the NFL draft, not really planning on going back anytime soon. We (2 of us) were seated at a dirty table, sat there for about 15 mins with many staff (including the mgr) walking by us multiple times. A waitress (who eventually ended up being our waitress) sat with a customer at the next table, chatted quite a while (which I took to mean she was taking his order), but about a minute later, he paid his bill and they continued chatting for a few minutes. He left, she bussed his table, then walked over to introduce herself and take our drink order. I asked if we could get our table wiped off, she seated us one table over which was fine. We placed our order, nothing special, just fish and chips for me, wings with sauce on the side and tater tots for him. A couple walks in and is seated at another table next to us. They got service immediately (different waitress). They also got their food pretty quickly. We waited, and waited, and waited. The place wasn't even half full. My husband drank 2 drinks while waiting for our food and he does not drink them, quickly. Food finally came out, mine was cold and my husband only got his tator tots. Turns out the cook put sauce on his wings instead of on the side. So we had to wait for his wings to be delivered. I just shared my fish, it was getting late and he was pretty hungry. By the time his wings got there, he ended up taking most of them home. The manager stopped at the table to apologize and explain the cook was new. He didn't offer anything other than his apologies. Meantime, table next to us is done, paid bill and long gone. The original dirty table where we were first seated never was wiped off. This Hooters location used to be a regular stop for us, but the last few times the overall experience has diminished. I doubt we will be back.

The service was excellent, Ciara and her trainee were wonderful and very punctual, the hostess was charming and funny. The food was not as acceptable, our order was 32 wings (in total), a onion tower and curly fries. We also had two orders of cheese sticks. We got at the establishment at 630 and didn't leave until 8. When I got the fries they we're luke warm, my wings were gen tso and they tasted like teriyaki.
