Lady inside was sweet and helpful. But the place is pitch black. No open signs no lighting. From the moment its dark it looks closed. Hopefully owners will change this someday

This was my second time that I have walked in to this IHOP on Empire St and not only did no one greet me for over 5 mins but I was not seated and we just walked out. The staff sees you come in, says nothing and walks to the back. It’s just rude and I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I ordered a breakfast bundle platter, and it was the perfect amount of food for a really reasonable price. When I arrived, the food was ready, hot, and fresh, but did not seem like it had been sitting under a window keeping warm, which tells me they timed it perfectly. The server who checked me out was friendly and courteous, and accommodated my needs with no hesitation. Overall, a great experience, and i highly recommend this if you need a quick breakfast for 4-5 people for $30.

Our waiter was a young guy, and was super super sweet. Loved him! Only thing was we didn't get the sides of fruits for our twins, so paid for those and didn't get them. Forgot ee ordered them until hours later, so of course didn't say anything. Otherwise everything was great!
