Been here many times and always had good food and service but today was different. Walked in around 11:30 am and stood at the front for 5 minutes in front of the please wait to be seated another 3 people walked in and the lady behind glass yelled anyone here for a order gentleman behind me said I am she handed him the food and walked away from all of us. There was absolutely no one in the restaurant and 2 workers that I could see. If ya can't keep up with the dining room then for crying out loud close the Damm dining room and put a sign on the door. Update decided to give it another try walked in at 11am approx 5 other tables full and after standing there for 5 minutes waitress comes up to us telling us the cook is backed up and they are not taking any new tables atm.

We came in on Black Friday and to be honest I was expecting more from this restaurant. There was only maybe three people working. We waited around 5 minutes before anyone greeted us and took us back to our seats (we had a party of 3). We weren't waited on for probably about 5-10 minutes. The lady who took us back to our seats was the one who asked our drink orders. Then the server came. We weren't greeted with her name, like you typically would. We took about 10 minutes to figure out what we wanted. The same lady that greeted us took our order, then the server wrote it down. The order was slightly wrong. I'm not sure if the server was new, or because she was the only server, she was overwhelmed. She was apologetic about the mistake in the order and fixed the order. There was around 4-5 other parties. Food was subpar. I'm not sure why they didn't have more people working, which would have made a world of difference. Reading other reviews it seems like others have had similar experiences.

Store is supposed to be open at 7a, their open sign was on, but door was locked. At 730a door finally opens, I walk in, and no staff is at the register to seat me. I drove to Denny’s and they seated me right away and had a full staff

Great service, the girl that attended us was very kind and provide us with hot water to our chocolate, the meat, the toast potatoes and the eggs were well done and very delicious, love to eat there!

I went to this location a while ago for the first time. When I arrived, I was shocked to see that there was only one person working the front of the house. It was an old woman. She was not in uniform or any kind of professional clothing you'd expect from a chain restaurant. I was sat down and the restaurant was oddly quiet. Even though I was the only person there at the time, there was no music playing. That was a first for me. I mean, what kind of restaurant doesn't play any background noise? I ordered some pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, and hash brown. There was nothing spectacular about them. I was not shocked at how good the food was, it was normal. When I was ready to pay, my server (the same woman), disappeared. I have NO idea where she went but I sat there for a good 5 minutes, no one checked up on me, until I saw this girl walking in for her shift. The kind young girl gave me the check. I left a bit disappointed. I didn't have high expectations coming in anyway but I thought it'd at least be a decent experience. I haven't been to this IHOP since and I'm not planning to return any time soon.

This is your standard IHOP. The server was great and she was working her tables well. The food was ok but nothing to be overly excited about. My fruit crepe was light on the fruit. Bacon was done just right. Kids meals were standard. Sausages were mediocre.

Very disappointed in this place waiting for almost 2 hours for food that never arrived and they still told us to wait an extrs 10 minutes for the food to come.
Food is decent, although not spectacular. Service is generally not speedy, but they are pleasant and friendly. Reasonable prices and the store is clean.

I ordered the eggs benedict with crispy hash browns. The eggs were overcooked, the was only a tiny amount of hollandaise sauce and the muffin was untoasted. Worst of all, the ham tasted freezer burnt. It was awful. The server was nice. Overall, I would not recommend.
