Jersey Mike's Subs

Drove 30 minutes today to get a sub, had been craving it all day. Get there, and the guy inside said they were closing for the weather. For the weather??? Not a single other place around it was closed. So frustrating, went next door to noodles, they were open.

We arrived about 20 min after they opened. Every single table was sticky and dirty with old food on it. The guy (I’m assuming the manager) proceeded to drink his coffee while in the process of taking our order. That was my first time there and I didn’t know their process so with toppings and such so he decided to talk to me like I was stupid. I will definitely eat Jersey Mikes but I’ll drive to Normals location next time.

Went into the store and stood there for 10 minutes never acknowledged at all. Pretty much ignored. There was only one couple in the restaurant and another man waiting to get his order corrected. They gave him the wrong sandwich and charged him for 2 sandwiches! Will NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!;(

The food is great if you're eating in but the delivery service is atrocious. Took twenty five minutes longer than expected.

Went in for lunch and grabbed to go. The staff here are really friendly and the service was quick! Thanks for the great sandwich!!

I would give them a higher rating if It was an option. I have been to Jersey Mike's quiet often and they have never disappointed me yet. They always do exactly how I want my sandwich. In the notes I always add that I want extra mayo and they absolutely do as I note. Thank you JM for being awesome.

I’ve been in the food and beverage industry for a long time, once I realized I came at 8:45 and they close at 9pm on a Friday night I did feel bad, I even expressed that, I was going to give a nice fat tip! Untill the man cooking my food couldn’t have been anymore obvious about how upset he was by having to cook my steak and cheese only sandwich! Better luck next time bud! I did leave 3.25 in the tip jar and can only hope the sweet boy at the register doesn’t have to share!

I'm surprised with some of the low ratings. The subs from here have been on point each and every time. Good vegetarian options. I've had both the hot and cold meat subs and I love the Philly Cheesesteak.

We do carry out, order ahead and it is ready on time every time. If you haven't tried the parm/rosemary bread you are missing out on a really delicious option. The rewards program is good too.

I had a Philly sandwich, and it was delicious. The meat was so tender everything was good .
