Two young men working tonight, one tall blonde and one shorter Burnett deserve a praise! I didn’t catch their names. I came in late thinking Mike’s closed at 10 but it closed at nine. These guys were very kind and reassuring and took my order anyways. Did not have an attitude even though they could have. They were patient and made me feel like a human. I tried to tell them it was OK, I understood it was too late but they insisted. Shout out to these fine gents!
The employees were very rude for a first time visitor. Laughing and talking to the other employees, he did not seem to have any consideration for our order. Will not be returning to this store as the Normal location has treated me well. Edit: customer service did reach out and help look into resolving these
I hope this reaches the owner. I come here frequently and have never had a bad experience or sandwich.I really want to shoutout Aiden though for his stellar service and dedication to his job. Give that man a raise and thank him!
