My favorite style of pizza is detroit and they got it perfectly here. The crust crispy enough to make that lound crunch but not in a burnt way. The sauce balanced with the cheese was a dream. Let me tell you the pepperoni on top was to die for, slightly crispy and full of flavor. The pizza itself was a little dense but not enough to make a difference. Atmosphere and service are your typical pizza place

Really great recipe. Near Detroit style perfection. My only issue at this branch is they do not know how to cook a pizza. The oven is either too hot with the pizza not able to cook thoroughly or too cold and the pizza is not left in long enough. Set the oven to 600 degrees and determine your cook time. If the dough is raw in the center and burnt outside then lowering your dough amount per pie. If it is cooked in the center but burnt outside then add dough. But always keep your...
