Never Freaky Fast,
Food usually comes out okay but this is the slowest Jimmy John's in existence

What a disaster. First the website wasn't accepting payment so I foolishly called and placed the order. Friendly customer service however she failed to tell me that they didn't have a driver. 3rd party delivery service which I NEVER order from. Shady characters in my experience. Food hasn't arrived. According to the map this Uber eats guy drove the wrong direction and isn't responding to messages. I could have just picked it up if I knew.

I am literally 2 blocks from the location. It frequently takes more than 40 minutes to receive a delivery. I have seen where it says out for delivery and it takes almost 20 minutes. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered online through the app at like 9:49 they close at 10, my order was getting made but it never gave the notification that it was finished, never got my food that night, called into the store the manager josh said he put me on the list, called a couple days later to get the WHOLE meal I never got and was told the manager quit and my name wasn’t in the book. And basically they can’t refund me or anything. Told me to call some office that isn’t ever open. It’s sad cause I literally worked at Jimmy John’s for a year back in 2017/2018 so I know the rules .
Literally the WORST jimmy johns in the country. Terrible management, terrible customer care. Can't get a call from the franchise until you tell them you're filing a lawsuit. Not 9nly will I never order from here again, but as someone who used to order JJs once a week I will never order jimmy johns again. Do yourself a favor and close this location and fire the franchise owner.
Ordered ONE LITTLE JOHN sandwich for pickup asap at 11:53. Arrived at 12:01, waited in the drive thru window for 15 mins before going inside (mind you, I’ve already paid) and didn’t receive my sandwich for another 25 minutes. 40 minutes total!!! Every time I come to this location they are very understaffed and slow. I hope that someone important sees this and they’re able to staff better. 2 employees during lunch rush hour is never enough staff. Do better!

Waited in the drive thru line for 10 minutes without even being greeted or told it might be a longer wait. Once we ordered it still took over 10 minutes to get our food. If we hadn’t been stuck in the line we would have left.
Not so freaky fast... Waited in the drive-thru line for 20+ minutes and there were only 3 cars in front of me. This has to be the worst location in town.
