I placed an online order for an “unwich” at 7:52pm. I got a text at 8:47pm saying my delivery was canceled and that my delivery person “couldn’t finish” the delivery, asking me to contact the store. I called at 8:48. The employee who answered knew my name right away (presumably from my phone number) and said he wasn’t sure why the system sent me that message. He then told me that my order was delayed because they ran out of bread. I informed him that my order did not even require bread as it was an unwich. Then he told me they just got behind on other orders. He said he was going to deliver the order himself and that he would be to my home in 5 to 6 minutes. As I type this, it’s 9:01 and he is still not here. He didn’t offer to reimburse me for the inconvenience or make any attempt to make it right. This store has really gone downhill. They hardly ever get my order right and there is almost always something missing. Whenever they mess up, they always say they’ll put your name on a list so you can get a free sandwich the next time you come in. I can’t tell you how many times that has happened to me and they’ve only ever had my name on the list once. Rarely do we actually go to the store, and having your name on “the list” is not an option when you order delivery. Their slogan used to be, “So fast you’ll freak”, but that does not seem to be the case anymore. The food just isn’t worth it anymore if it comes with this poor customer service.

I am pretty upset. I have ordered from Jimmy John's a lot. When I put in that I was at the airport, I even put where I am. Today it was contracted out to Uber Eats. When it was supposed delivered I get a notice that it was cancelled. I didn't not cancel it. I got a call from the store. I am currently waiting another 10 to 20 minutes for my food all because the Uber Eats driver didn't find me. There was also no call from that driver. Very disappointed I ordered at 145 and it is now 249 and still have not received my food. Again very very disappointed.

About 2 weeks ago I ordered a Billy Club Unwick. It wasn’t tightly wrapped like the others I’ve gotten. It just simply fell apart. Today I went to the Jimmy John’s on landmark Drive, hoping they would do better. Same problem very little lettuce a round it and wrapped very loosely again. It fell apart. What’s going on with Jimmy John lately?

I love JJ's bread. I have only ever had the Vito sandwich, but I rarely want anything else. I tried their pesto pasta salad once, but didn't care for it. The Jimmy's chips are pretty good. They used to have what they called Jimmy's mustard, which was delicious, but for some misguided reason, they no longer offer that as a condiment. Too bad.
I usually order pickup through the drive through, which is unfortunate because you have to wait for the cars in front of you, who might just be ordering a sandwich on the spot. The parking is terrible.
This location doesn't seem to pay attention to the requests made online, like extra oil and vinegar, so you don't always get what you request.
I've ordered sandwiches at other Jimmy's locations, and special requests have never been ignored. Just this location seems to disregard special requests for online orders.

Came in for a birthday freebie but I guess they don’t do that every year after your first year on the awards app. So I still bought lunch and the staff is very friendly. Really loved that they have toasted sandwiches now!!
Parking: Very tight spaces in a shared lot with other businesses. Drive through in the middle of parking area. It’s weird.
Wheelchair accessibility: Big ramp near front door.
I get better wraps from gas stations. Multiple times they "forgot" to put meat in my order. Do not go to this place ever! Hyvee is very close and they have much better wraps and sandwiches. This location just needs to shut down and stop ripping people off.

This Jimmy John is a Great Jimmy John's! The store is so clean the workers are so friendly & helpful. Was greeted & helped Immediately. The Bourbon Sandwich I was lucky enough to grab is so satisfying & filling. Great Jimmy Johns.

Worst Jimmy John's location I've ever gone to. This order was placed online for 8pm on November 9th 2024. Order # 30940748157403138. I had to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru because they didn't even start my pickup order when they had 30 minutes to make it since I placed the order online. I ordered a hot chicken bacon ranch sandwich combo and a chicken ceasar wrap for my husband. There wasn't any chicken or bacon on the hot sandwich as you can see in the photo. They toasted it with the lettuce and tomatoes on the bread. Common sense should tell you to toast the sandwich with only the chicken and bacon and not the veggies. The chicken ceasar wrap didn't have any chicken or croutons. I could've paid the same amount and gotten something way better anywhere else in town. By the time I got home the lettuce was soggy on the hot sandwich. I threw it out and only ate the chips and soda for dinner. Never going back to a Jimmy John's. All my money will go to Jersey Mike's.

The food is always made accurately and the people are generally at least cordial if not full-on friendly. The drive-through moves well, and there's plenty of clean seating inside. This is a good Jimmy John's location.
Parking: The parking lot has a very steep entrance which scrapes most regular cars. Come in the back way behind Jim's Steakhouse if you're not in something with off-road capability. :)
