I usually get the chicken ceasor wrap, it always seems to be dry, not enough dressing on the wrap, as much as it cost, it should be lot more satisfying.

Very rude drive thru speaker. He was rushing me and made a sparky comment after I asked for a minute to look at the menu "you know this is a drive thru" the food was ok, kinda thrown

I had gone through the drive thru around 12:30 and ordered a “Slim 6” which is bread and cheese. When I got all the way home. I noticed there was some sort of avocado spread in between the cheese. I am allergic to avocado. So I just wasted money on something I can eat.

This morning we visited this location. The staff was amazing. They made our sandwiches exactly the way we ordered.They also suggested we try the new pickle chips. OMG! Amazing!!! These chips are crunchy and packed with a ton of flavor. If I had to describe them I would say a sour cream and onion with a little pickle flavor. The pickle is not overpowering. It’s just right.The restaurant was very clean. This is really big for me. I often leave restaurants when they aren’t clean.I will definitely be back to this location.Thank you to the gentleman who made our experience a great one. You are an awesome team! A++

Why was my bread wet like it was dipped in the toilet? Asked for extra mayo and half my sandwich came floppy? Don’t get that and I agree with the freaky slow comment used to always come in around 15-20mins it felt like now I expect 30+ on top of the $5 delivery fee is insane I checked it’s cheaper to order on DoorDash…only by like 70¢ but still insane

On numerous occasions we have left with wrong orders or something left out. Today I waited for over 10minutes for someone to come on the speaker with no one in front of me. Was told they can’t put lettuce on a slim sandwich even though it is a freebie item. Why offer things to add to sandwiches then?!? I said fine just keep with the 5 slims. Pull away and half way down the road and realized they gave us Vito 5. Went back to get what I ordered and he argues with me about the sandwiches and proceeded to tell me to feed the other sandwiches to my dogs and was very rude. Trust me- we won’t be back. Worst customer service ever and continually gets our order wrong.

Freaky slow! This used to be my go-to quick lunch stop but in the past year or so their speed of service has slowed DRAMATICALLY. Expect to wait 10+ minutes for one sandwich even if they’re fully staffed and you’re the only one in the drive thru. Disappointed. :(

The manager is extremely rude! Sitting in drive through, only one in drive through, could see several employees inside doing nothing! Food got returned to them. Won’t be back EVER! You need to check your managers customer service skills! Prob should just get a new one after reading reviews! Never

Manager is extreme rude and unprofessional!! Accused me of cussing at an employee in which I absolutely did NOT and as pulling out of drive through said "don't come back" i for sure won't. I can see why they only have 2.5 stars. May want to get a new manager!!!

Thought my sandwich felt a little light… got home and no wonder, the last 2 inches of my tuna sandwich had no tuna.

Every time ordered delivery it is the worst. I have ordered and waited 30 minutes, it said it was out for delivery and called store they said it was out for delivery so I could not cancel order. 50 minutes pass and I get a call from the driver and the give me food, my order was wrong the bread was so soggy it fell apart. I was A block away at the hospital, did not have time to walk there. And then every time I have ordered from home which is 8 minutes away it is still the same thing. Late food and bad food and the wrong items.

Drive thru menu said item was 7.79. When got the window it was 8.49 plus tax. Employee said they have raised prices and Corporate hasn’t bothered to change menu prices yet.Will not be back
