The prices are on the high side but a salad and bread is included with entrees.\nWhat potential guests should know is that there is a painting of a naked lady on one of the back walls. You won’t see it until you are shown your table and then it may be too late to request a change. 6 years ago my dad and I started going to Jim's on Monday. I moved to Bloomington to be his caretaker. He loved Jim's and enjoyed dinner in the bar every Monday. We became regulars. As soon as we walked in, our martinis were being made. Cannot say enough about the love we felt from everyone. Stopped in this last Monday. Dad's been gone a year. They're family. Cannot say enough about everyone here. This is exactly what you want from a local business.
My husband went with my son and a colleague tonight, and I asked my husband to bring me home a lobster tail. I have dined at the restaurant before and it was awesome, but the takeout was also incredible! The chef is consistent and great! FYI I’m new from Chicago Suburbs and I appreciate a good joint like this!
