Rule #1: Do NOT let the outside appearances fool you. Looks are deceptive. It’s a very nondescript building (we tried figuring out how to get in…lol…go into the door facing Washington Street). Mama found out about this place, so I took her here for her birthday. If you’re hungry, grab a cheeseburger. If you want a divine dining experience, come HERE. The inside kinda looks like a multi-level Frank Lloyd Wright-esque meets Western intersection of elegance, charm, and serenity....
I would love to give 5 stars all around, but there is one serious problem with this establishment. There is an 'Exit' sign on the stairs pointing to double doors that look like the main entrance, but they're locked. Not only was this a pain for someone on crutches, it's a major hazard in case of fire! Fire exits cannot be locked and unusable!
That aside, we absolutely loved this place! Our server, Brook, was phenomenal. The food was 5-star...

We visited Jim's tonight for our anniversary, all 5 stars go to our server Alex (aka Rebecca, Becky personal joke between us). Yes, all the food was phenomenal (thank you chef) but Alex made our night!! She knows her job, she was super patient with me (I'm a bit over the top), she absolutely made our night!! If you make to Jim's, totally ask to have her as a server (just don't be there when we are, im extra) Thank you Alex aka Becky you are the bar girl!!
