Gave no attention to any customers. They only were focused on something the police were doing outside. Horrible experience.

Terrible customer service, employees are very rude and won't even acknowledge the customer standing there waiting. They are always out of everything and the food is definitely not fresh in any way. This place needs a complete restructuring from the Top down. I would avoid this restaurant if possible

Went through the drive thru and got home and didn't have all the food I ordered. Of course it was my nuggets I didn't get but at least my family got their food ?.

The food order was not right. App discount did not work. we had to go inside to deal with that and to their knowledge it has been going on, but no one has checked with the company to find out why. The food was cold. Ordered 2 orders of extra crispy chicken for the meals, and one original got all extra crispy.
After eating we all felt sick to our stomachs too like the food was not even fresh and had been sitting out.
Every time I decide to try them again, it's an epic fail. If the food is not cold every time, the order is definitely missing something. Half the time you go in, they don't have the sides you want, or they are out of dark chicken.
Sometimes, they don't even tell you they are out of the sides and just put something else in there. Highly lacking skilled management who cares and trains. Also lacking customer service and employees who care. I am totally disappointed. I highly do not recommend wasting your time and money.
Do not even try to call them, they never answer the phone during working hours so you can report your problems. I reported to corporate, but they do not even call you as requested. Harland Sanders would not be happy that is not what he built his company on. Expect this place to follow the other one and close up soon.
Parking: Plenty of parking since not many customers. Rarely ever see someone eat inside.

I ordered online for pick up at 11am. We got there at 10:56 and they said to park and get it inside, my order was sitting in there, they could’ve just handed it through the window and I ordered just gravy for my chicken, they gave me a mashed potato. Workers are super rude. Will not order on this location ever again. Terrible customer service. Same experience with most reviewers.

Tried to get a combo meal, and they told us they were out of Dark meat chicken, Cole slaw, and biscuits. We placed our order, went to the pickup window and paid. They told us to pull forward. We then sat there for 15 minutes expecting them to bring the food to the car. They did not. So we went inside to find it sitting under a heat lamp. Terrible service.

While I appreciate KFC's classic flavors, my recent visit left me a bit disappointed. The chicken seemed overcooked and lacked the juicy tenderness I've come to expect. Additionally, the service was a bit slow, and the restaurant could benefit from better organization to reduce wait times. I understand it's hard sometimes since I've worked in fast food for almost 5 years. But I believe 12+ minutes is unacceptable no matter the place. I hope KFC takes this feedback into consideration to elevate their offerings and provide a more enjoyable dining experience for all patrons.

Haven't been to a KFC lately, but this one was way better than the last time I went to one. Got a 3 piece meal and the food was cooked fresh and the service was nice. Almost felt like going back in time when KFC was a pretty good
