They did not have any high chairs. When I asked what families do with their babies, they said they hold them in their lap. The donuts were also very disappointing.

I’m not sure what is going on at this location but they never have any donuts anymore past noon. I was told that more recently they only make a handful of donuts in the morning and that’s it. If you’re not there by the early morning, you can count on only getting cold, glazed donuts. Such a disappointment. The only positive is that the staff is typically pretty friendly.

Great doughnuts. Miss having this in Peoria, IL but worth the drive to Bloomington. Lots of options to choose from, always fresh and tasty. Make sure to go when the light is on to get hot and fresh doughnuts. My daughters loved getting a hot doughnut and enjoying it.

Outside of the building, you can't drive through because of potholes and orange cones and parked trucks. The menu on the drive thru is wrong. We were greeted on the intercom but then waited several minutes to order while nobody else was in the building.
We go to Krispy Kreme periodically because the doughnuts are fresh. The box we were given was frozen doughnuts.
Not a great experience.

My daughter and I visited this location today. Our first time inside the store also! We were greeted by Kenton. His patience and kindness was exemplary and he was very helpful to us. There should be more individuals like him in the world. He made our experience in store today an enjoyable one. Of course not to downplay the rest of the team who were also very great and helpful!
This place is fading out. Super inefficient, inadequate staffing, needs customer service training, long wait time etc…

Upon entering, the store is super clean and the friendly staff hands you a fresh made donut for you to enjoy while you have the great debate on which donuts to buy. They offer military discount and though it might not be much it's enough to buy more donuts with🤤

Krispy Kreme donuts are alright, but the filled ones are super disappointing. It’s like they barely put anything in there—just a tiny squirt of filling, and that’s it. I’ve had this happen more than once, so it’s not just bad luck. Kinda feels like false advertising when you're paying more and there’s barely anything inside. Not really worth the extra money, honestly.

It’s 1:19 pm, we are the only customer car in the lot, there’s no one in the drive through, and we only customers in the “lobby”…and we wait. No one a knowledges us. As a matter of fact the gal wearing the headset walks away from the cash register and walks to the back. I guess clean up after the morning rush is more important so we walk out. Unserved and unhappy. I guess we didn’t need doughnuts after all.
