The last two times I have been in (after an hour drive) the original donuts have been hot off the conveyor belt, no red sign has been on. The service has been horrible, very slow and non existent. When they do see you, they are not the nicest people.

Not sure what is going on at Crispy Crème in Bloomington! Donut size has considerably shrunk. The donuts I received are approximately 1/2 the size of what they should be. After paying 13 dollars for 6 donuts, I will definitely check box prior to driving away from drive-thru., Perhaps I will only go to Denny’s Donuts in Bloomington from now on!!

My kids wanted some Krispy Kreme today so I stopped at the drive thru and got a dozen glazed. Came home to find that the donuts were so skinny. What a rip off. Why even sell those? So annoyed. I called them and asked why the donuts were like that and was told that unfortunately they were made like that today and that I should call corporate regarding it.

This has to be the absolute worst location in the history of the franchise.... They rarely open and even when they do it's drive thru only about 97% of the time.

Its Just Me
Very friendly staff. They were pretty busy bringing out fresh doughnuts and working hard. Gal at the register was a delight. My only feedback is that it could use a deep clean in lobby and restrooms. It was fun seeing the doughnuts being made.

Says it opens at 6 … it’s 7AM and they still have the doors locked. I went through the drive through to see if they were open and they wouldn’t even acknowledge me.

THERE WERE TIMES THE MEMBERS AT OUR AMERICAN LEGION AND OUR ELKS LODGE WOULD PURCHASE AT LEAST 15 DOZENS OF DOUGHNUTS PER ORGANIZATION. PLEASE RETURN TO YOUR ORIGINAL COOKING OIL, PLEASE DO SOMETHING.

They never have anything available and when they do the last ones get put in a box sideways so all the decorative icing is everywhere like an upside down pizza. The entire case is always regular glazed. Do better.

I called this store this morning to make sure they were open. The recoding tells me to check store hours on their website because they are up to date. I do and they say this store is open today. We drove 2 HOURS so that our 2 year old grandson could get a Krispy Kreme donut. Only to find the store CLOSED!!! I don't even care that we wasted 4 hours of our day driving there for no reason, what I do care about is the look on his face and the tears because he didn't get to go in and pick out a donut. If I could give you 0 I would!!!!
