Ordered 2 donuts and the 2 girls were so busy talking they gave me the wrong ones. I mean come on it’s only 2 donuts and you confirmed which ones to me on the touch screen. Can you pay attention if you are going to charge me 5 dollars a donut. Embarrassing.

I got 2 dozen regular glazed donuts. But when I got home they were green .. if I would of known that I wouldn't of got them. Yes I know it's just food coloring but kids are picky and green isn't a great color to be appetizing to the eye..

Went here today with my kids and found that the prices advertised at the donuts ($1.49 - as shown in the picture) are completely different than what they actually charge you ($2.29). I complained to the manager and was told that the advertised prices are wrong but that she would not be able to honor them. Rest assured, this was our last visit here.

Wow…..what fun watching the donut cooking line! Got a couple filled and a free glazed…….they are amazing when hot off the line.
The line was multiple cars out from the ordering place, we parked and opted to go inside but the lobby was closed. we pulled into drive thru to order one dozen original glazed, a simple order, not thinking much of it, and it took 40 MINUTES TO GET TO THE WINDOW. We’re talking Ready-made Donuts… they are most likely extremely understaffed or the staff is not trained. Horrible experience.
