“Door Dash driver screwed up a $30 delivery [ like 3-1/2 hours late ] to the point that we had to do a pickup at 8:45PM on a 7PM delivery. Little Caesar gave full credit and a free replacement - and prepared it in 15 minutes. Now that is what I call GOOD customer service !“
“I'll start with what was great. First, the Service, i waited a while for my food to be done only to realize when i ordered from the app, i ordered from the wrong Ceasars!!! So i called the correct Ceasars and they said to all the local management. I did and they were willing to fulfill my order, even though they didn't need to. That was really great of them.Then they took care to remind each other i was there. Awesome service!!!There wasn't anything bad with the food but it is little Cesar's and we eat there because it's affordable. And for what we pay, it's good!!The atmosphere was rated lower also because it's not a place built to wait. So there's not a lot of chairs and standing can get crowded on a Friday lunch.I'll def come back and buy more.“
