I called in the order. the lady that answer the phone, was the sweetest. Then when I was picking up my order it was the same lady. I never had that well of customers service like I did today. Diane was the cashier amazing job

I love little Caesars this is the only place that I go to to get pizza. They have the best thin crust veggie in town. Every time I go in or order off the phone they are always polite. 10/10

I am a self proclaimed L Caezys enthusiast. Ive been to locations up and down the midwest and am willing to say this is the best location of any of them and is my new go to in town. Really great job.

manager/supervisor woman was the worst. after 30 minutes of her sitting at a computer on the phone instead of addressing a customer... i ended up leaving without my order.
It was horrible. I served a pizza that been in the warmer long enough that the label faded and cheese was dried out and burnt from seating in the warmer past it's life span.

Little slow, didn't have any pizzas hot and ready. They were out front having a smoke break. Food tasted good and fresh though.

For some reason this location no longer puts online pizza portal pickups in the pizza portal warmer. Over the last two months I have been taking record of all my orders there that were supposed to be placed in the pizza portal, not a single one of them has been. The last time I ordered I even waited extra time before I went in to see if they would put the food into the warmer after it was finished and not only did they not do that, but I walked in and sat next to the warmer and waited for about 10 extra minutes before someone finally asked me if I was there for a pickup order. When I said yes and gave them my name they immediately turned around and pulled my order off the counter in the back of the restaurant and handed it to me. Which unfortunately means that it was sitting there getting cold for about 10-15 minutes before i finally got it, instead of being placed in the warmer for me to pick up like it was supposed to be. I also took a video of the interaction and have the entire thing on cameraEDIT: After further review of other comments I have decided I will never again order food from this location. I’ve lived in this town for 25 years and this is probably the second worst example of customer service I’ve ever seen take place here

I don't understand why people order here. You can get better frozen pizzas from a grocery store, and it will feed more and cost less.
They now advertise the pizzas are fresh. I would like to know what location actually makes the standard menu without using frozen pizzas. That is how this company has always operated.
Ask for a special order that they actually have to make, and you will be disappointed.
Better to just order from Dominos if you want decent cheap pizza.
