My boyfriend and I came in for a date hoping to enjoy lunch. After waiting 25 minutes for one club wrap we went to pick up our food. The cashier dropped our food on the floor and proceeded to hand us the same food. We were shocked on top of that, the pickle was wrapped in our club wrap, making the entire wrap soggy and completely ridiculous. Also, on the app we requested extra honey mustard and no mayonnaise and there was mayonnaise and no extra honey mustard.

The McAllister‘s in south Bloomington is notorious for long waits ( 20 minutes in the drive through) and poor service. I called to issue a complaint with the manager about the discolored fake cheese dip used on my baked potato and the manager actually asked “what I wanted her to do about it” and then hung up on me. I plan to reach out to corporate to issue a complaint. This is the most outrageous service I have ever received.

Yummy food, decent customer service, awful wait times. Waited for about 35 minutes in total for two sandwiches - probably would’ve had to wait longer had my boyfriend not approached the counter. Not great. I feel bad for the other customers who had to scramble to get back to work on time from their lunch breaks. The wait was very unreasonable.

I stopped by at 1:30 this afternoon ans water for 2 minutes in the drive thru and no one acknowledged I was there so I drove to the window to try and place an order. The employee with the headset on, had her back to the window and was on her phone. While I was waiting at the window, she walked away. I wasn't able to place my order before leaving.
