On Sunday Nov 30, 2025 I waited at the front counter 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. Afterward I ordered a sm coffee waited 5 minutes say down it was cold. Took it back waited for the manager to tell me it was the creamer making it cold. I received my second cup with attitude sat down it was cold! I asked for a refund. Total time in the store 25 minutes and I got nothing.

Went through the drive-thru nobody there was waiting. Somebody went through the other side drive-thru. Waited on him first and then me sat there 5 minutes. Went to the window to pay. She apologized said the guy that was working the window that night walked out. Got my meal which was warm. Fresh fries but no salt

I don't believe I have ever been disappointed with Panera Bread. I have had most things on the menu but my favorites are the tuna sandwich, chicken Ceasar salad, and the broccoli cheese soup in a bread bowl.

This location has very quick service, super friendly, kind and helpful staff, and always has fresh food and crispy fries. The restaurant is always very clean as well.

This place is not up to normal McDonalds standards. The men's restroom had no working soap dispensers. The soda vending area had no ketchup, no napkins and no straws. The manager was interviewing future employees in the back of the dining area, but maybe should have been taking a trip around to check on some of this stuff.

This location makes good food but if you order extra sauce on burgers and chicken sandwiches or anything to go into your hot chocolate or drinks they will not do it even though you pay extra for it

Absolute terrible drive thru customer service. You got a person running the drive thru who does not want to talk to customers. Why? Get someone else in that position. And my fries that I waited for - were cold! My meal cost way more than it should have. Do better!

Very busy mcdonald's, im from out of town, Kept the line moving and friendly staff. Bigmac sauce too as a dip. Sweet.
Food and coffee were hot. 👌 Fast and efficient drive thru. I recommend it!

For some reason they have an issue with asking for no ice in a drink only filling the cup up halfway. If I wanted a small drink I would have ordered a small drink. I have never had an issue with this at other McDonald's. I won't be returning. Don't recommend.

Stood at the counter here many times and was ignored due to the staff or management wanting customers to ONLY order at the kiosk. If you force them to have to come to the counter by waiting a long time, because you don't have any other choice as your lunch break is dwindling away and cash payment is so much more simple and quicker, they wait on you angrily. Terrible experience with staff and supposed new rules of ordering. It's kind of like Walmart; what else can you do?? You need to go there.
