I just don't understand why you had us park and wait for our order and what we got was cold and not fresh...u can tell when food is fresh nuggets were soft not crispy fries cold literally cold to touch and the double cheeseburgers were of low quality smelt like a burnt fart absolute garbage...do better and be better

Stopped in here on 12/26 to have lunch ended up going on down the road. don't know what happened prior to our arrival but it smelled like someone took a dump on the floor. the bathroom actually smelled better than the dining area. I understand that some times these things happen. the other thing that I found troublesome for me was that one of the employees was sitting at a booth right next to the counter watching videos on his phone. I have no problem with this in general but he had on no head phones or ear buds so everyone in the room was subject to listening to what he was watching. If you are going to watch videos on your phone during a break for God sake sit far away from everyone else and keep the volume off or nearly off if you are not going to wear ear buds.

Was just given a fish sandwich with 1/2 a piece of cheese that had a bite taken out of it. Tag me if you want a photo, I have one. Returned it to the counter and walked out of the store. Disgusting!!

Ordered Chicken Big Mac to try it out, but it had a hair in it. It looked like it was melted to the cheese. I tried to call for a refund but went to voicemail. One positive thing I can say is that the ladies working the drive-thru windows were very polite and inviting.

This place is operated by a rude non English speaking group. I ate in the dining room. Received dirty looks from the employees. When I ordered the employee acted like she was too good to wait on me. The other American customers were treated the same. I won't be back. Doesn't matter who is working but respect is a given. They had a pile of hash browns cooked and sitting at 9:30 am. There must have been fifty. So that answers your quality of food questions. Sorry I didn't snap a photo. I was busy trying to get a cup for my drink like everyone else.

If your kids want to play in the play place while you have breakfast, think again. We arrived at 10am and walked into the play place. Our 2 kids (ages 6 and 8) were the only ones in there, while my husband and I sat at the table inside to watch them, waiting for our food. Not 5 minutes went by when a lady came in and kicked us out of the play area room. She said it opens at 11 and we couldn't be in there. We've come here in the morning before and there was no problem. I understand if they need to have staff to do something with the play place, but no one has come in there while we've been sitting here eating, so it just seems like an arbitrary rule. I think someone was on her high horse this morning, and unfortunately, we had to suffer because of it. Needless to say, we won't be returning.

Great location! Has truck/RV parking in the back of building. There is a 2 hour parking time limit. There's also a table and bench. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and fresh. "Be a Beacon of light so others can find their way. Safe and happy travels!" Be'Be'
