Every time I come here and go through the drive thru, they tell me to drive around to the front and wait for my food. It doesn't matter if I order ahead using the app. Every time they tell me to drive around to the front and have to wait for my food. One time I got a big mac and they didn't assemble it right where they forgot the second burger pattie and had everything else but the burger. Found out when I got home and had to drive all the way back. I mainly use the app now because there are times where I could not understand the person talking at the drive thru.

I came through the drive thru at around 12 pm and ordered a number 6 meal. The. I ordered a Pepsi or a coke and said whatever you have. The lady that took me order was very rude and said we don't have whatever and pretty much yelled at me through the drive through. I told her she was being rude and I wanted to speak to her manager and she refused and I pulled foward. It was the heavier set woman I'm the front drive through window... I would not recommend this place. They also got my order wrong and I was afraid to drink my drink because I felt she may have spit in my drink..

Placed a mobile order last night and went through drive thru to pick it up. Once I get me drinks at first the guy says we are still waiting on your food so could you please pull around to the other side but then someone tells him the happy meal is ready so he hands me that and then has me pull forward which is fine and a few minutes later another lady brings me out the rest of my order and me and my daughter head home. Once we are home and settled and ready to eat I noticed while I did get the BBQ sauce for my nuggets I however did not get the actual nuggets. So I’m like how do we remember the sauce for it but forget the nuggets? I tried to call them several times last night to report the missing food item but of course you can’t seem to call them. Even tried to call them again today but again can not get them on the phone. Seems like McDonald’s these days just enjoy you paying for items you do not receive and do not care for the customer service side of things. I personally would have never gone there last night myself but it was the one thing my daughter wanted. From now one we are taking our business elsewhere especially when it comes to night time.

I received lukewarm fries and the manager that was on duty which was Devin make sure that I received the fresh freeze that I asked for I really appreciate it that because he was very patient with me

We ordered online and they told us to pull forward and never ended coming out before 11 might have been 20-30 mins so the doors were locked I had to knock on the drive thru window luckily this guy getting off came outside and I asked him but no one would answer me through the window and the lady yelled at me because I said the fries were cold and she expressed that they are crispy and I had to walk away. Aggressive workers just thankful to the man that actually acknowledged the problem WHILE BE WAS LEAVING WORK
Will no longer be getting Orange Juice as it's consistently watery.. too expensive to keep getting watered down drinks

Then another car pulls up in the other window there. Are order to get taken okay? Then another car pulls up there. Order gets taken what and then another car gets pulls app and there order gets taken. And I still air order gets taken. And I still haven't had my order taken What the heck
