We came there before we had to take a long drive out of town and the lady lied and said they were closed to try the McDonald’s down the street. Mind you we’re not from here so we found the one down the street and they were closed. Tried to call their phone at 3am and it’s giving busy signal. Very unprofessional and tacky to be a manager

Why can't our fast food restaurants compete with nearly every other in the state?
This location has gotten better, but with the increase in prices they better get my order right. I once ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and they forgot the sausage. How do you forget the first ingredient of the breakfast sandwich?
Also, many times they are open for breakfast, but the app will not let you order. It says the location is closed, but it's obviously open. Then again, they are closed randomly when they're supposed to be open.
Update: Bought two breakfast biscuits and both were dried out and crunchy. Are these (like most other products) not made fresh?
Also, if you report something to corporate nothing will happen. They post a reply on reviews to make them look good, but they will never actually make up for what happened.
Was told today they start selling breakfast at 3:30 a.m. although I asked why the app was not allowing me to check out even though it showed the breakfast menu and the person just said I don't know.

Today we went me and my boys to get his replacement a big Mac because the first time they give him the big Mac it only have the bun the meat in the onion so I called them and they told me to come back and replace them for free so we decide to grab it today and we got it with barbecue when I went to the drive-through. I told them that I have a replacement everything was going ok getting on the second window this boy not sure his name but it was Cody? I asked for the barbecue that it was with that replacement just one and he told me that I have to pay and I was like I don’t mind to pay it but when he said, I have to go around and pay for it and I told him no it’s not fair for me to go around and pay for a barbecue that you guys messed up my order and he was so rude. The first time he dropped it on the floor. The second time he gave it to me the barbecue in my hand so hard and that’s not being nice with the customers, you have to learn how to treat customers right I don’t understand something when they pull you over and they come out with the small basket and ask you he is your meal and then they say do you like anything else ketchup barbecue but they don’t charger you and it’s free. It doesn’t make sense honest !

Not open 24hrs. Tried going at 3am and they were closed. Ended up driving all over looking for an open McDonald's just to find one to late they were already switching to breakfast food. I don't like breakfast food that's why I was going to McDonald's at 3am and not at 4am. I would leave no stars if I could for misleading people.
