Great people. Nice restaurant. Ok, food. I've traveled the entire country and eaten McD in almost every state. There are phenomenal ones out there. This isn't it, especially when the order is not accurate.

I ordered a big breakfast w/no hotcakes. I asked that the order be made fresh. The first order was not fresh at all I had some egg that was kept in a warmer with sausage. I went back thru the drive thru and pointed out that egg was not fresh and could they remake the order. I waited several minutes to get the second order and it was no different than the first and the second order was to include an extra egg no extra egg. Never going back again

This establishment is a joke. I called to make sure their ice cream machine was up and running, because this location is notorious for being out of items. The answer was YES, our ice cream machine is running. Okay great, I proceed to make an online order. I get to this location 10 minutes after making my online order, and GUESS what…. The lady at the window says the ice cream machine is down. Absolutely unacceptable, and please do better. I never leave reviews, but this location has given me issues time and time again. You would think in this economy, customers service would be better. McDonald’s isn’t even comparable to other burger joints but their prices continue to increase. You can get a meal at Arby’s or Culver’s for the price of McDonald’s. I encourage you to go elsewhere where with better quality and customer service.

I been there before and I’ll always get my food then 10 minutes and been chill but, today I went because I was too tired to cook because I worked a 12 hour shift. I place my order in the drive through and waited for almost 15 minutes and when I called I told the person i waited for like 20 minutes she all Mad was like no u wait like ten I was on the phone so I knew that wasn’t true then she said when u placed the order it was 9:39 and when i left it was 9:50 and she said i waited 11 minutes and my food takes to cook 7 minutes and she said they were looking for me for 4 minutes so 9:47 and remembered I left at 9:50 there was no way because I was there waiting for almost 15 minutes oh maybe your thinking there were packed nope not at all like zero then she goes on telling me almost yelling to hurry up bc she was to busy that made me most angry ( p.s. for to the super rude lady I would have waited but I was falling asleep if I were to fall asleep I could have crushed or crushed into someone that’s y I didn’t go back for my money)

I was literally yelled and screamed at by the manager working 11/4 mid day as I stood at the counter speaking to her in a normal tone about my order she was refusing to make. Called corporate office, but of course they don't care. Did nothing in the moment, and claimed I would be called back in 24-48hrs and called back 47.5 hours later and I couldn't take the call, I gave them a window to call back, and of course they didn't.
She made such a scene the customers in the lobby called the police. I had to then tell them my story and was free to go, as all I did was stand there and take abuse from this manager for 20+ minutes. I wasn't the one making a scene, the manager on duty was. Yelling at the top of her lungs from the fry area, for 20 minutes. All in all I lost over an hour of wages because of this manager's behavior.

Wheelchair accessibility: They are fully wheel chair accessible. Parking lot has nice bigger spots for full van with lifts to be in. No steps just double doors wide in. Bathroom is always handicap accessible
