I got charged for a large Coke, a sandwich and large fries. I didn’t get the fries at all. Only the sandwich and the drink. I want a refund or something. Won’t be coming back. See pictures of everything.
I understand you are short staffed, everyone is! But that does not mean the employees can be rude! Last night we went through the drive through, they forgot to add a large coke to the order. Every time I come through the drive through they always have issues and never get my order right. Couple weeks ago I went through the drive through and they forgot an entire 10 piece nugget but put in the fries and gave us the drink for the meal. Today, I went through with my 2 children and I asked for a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin and she put up an egg mcmuffin and when I corrected her she charged me for both instead which I didn't realize until I got my food at the window,...read full review
