I got charged for a large Coke, a sandwich and large fries. I didn’t get the fries at all. Only the sandwich and the drink. I want a refund or something. Won’t be coming back. See pictures of everything.

We really were just scolded by an older woman working drive thru window #1 for taking too long to order our food. Pulled up to the window and she holds up a homemade sign about us taking so long to order our food stated “they won’t get on you, but they’ll get on us if you take a while to order.” She was rude about it. I don’t care if it’s a McDonald’s thing.. be polite

Ordered two of the play land meals and a happy meal and had to wait 10 minutes for order at 5:00 pm. What’s worse is they didn’t include the collectible souvenirs and I didn’t notice until I got home. Very disappointed.

Service has been much better the last few times I've been here aside from the first cashier in drive through that could care less. But can be ignored. Otherwise food has been fresh almost every time after 10pm when expecting it not to be. Whoever is at last window is friendly atleast as well.

The manager, Ana, is extraordinarily rude, even when apologizing for serving you the wrong food. I ordered four Big Breakfast with Hotcake meals, and one arrived like the picture: no hashbrown, no biscuit, and no hotcakes. This was a curbside pickup, so I drove all the way home, realized the store's mistake, and had to drive all the way back.

I told Ana what happened, and she tried to convince me that this WAS a Big Breakfast. I explained to the McDonald's employee the contents of this McDonald's item, and without a word, she took the incorrect item from my hands, and tossed it in the trash. Only five minutes later did she let me know that the crew was making my food.

When she brought me my meal, I asked her if she had thrown away the other one. She responded with a sour attitude, declaring that "everything gets thrown away, that's how it works!"

I was actually somewhat looking forward to bringing the extra food home, even if it was mistaken.

After that, I had to drag a refund out of her, and when I got home, I realized that I was STILL missing the hashbrown. Absolutely terrible service.

Owners have decided to run skeleton crews after firing many of their experienced workers everyone should expect massive waits until the owners see it was a bad call to make. One of the former workers told me they normally run at 75% profits and the owners want it to be 80% at the cost of customers time
