We have gone to the Eldorado Road restaurant twice the past 2 months. Not sure if they have new management or what, but the service was HORRIBLE both times. They were so slow with getting orders out both times. The most recent visit we waited 40 minutes for our Pizza and there were only 6 other people in the restaurant. We sat for quite a while with our drinks being empty and the waitress never did check on us during those 40 minutes. My daughter and I have decided not to go back to this place. Either management needs to step up or you need some responsible employees.

The best thin crust pizza in Central Illinois. Our waiter, Cam, was a rockstar and was working the entire dining room by himself. He handled it with grace and a smile. Highly recommend going!

Delivery driver "Micah" did not use a pizza bag. All pizzas arrived cold. What a shame. Gave me a dirty look when I paid too.

Normally, food is good. Last time i ordered my regular order. The entire family got food poisoning and we had to throw away all the leftovers. Please improve on your sanitary working conditions

"Q" is amazing. She is very attentive and will make things right. The pizza was a bit undercooked (soggy dough) but we are it.
