Ordered delivery last week, when I called there was an hour wait time which was fine ...I get it. I called at 6:00 pm at 9 :00 pm I still hadn't gotten my food yet. I called and asked what was going on and was told my food hadn't even been cooked yet....called back 15 min later and told them I wasn't waiting anymore and wasn't offered money off or I'm sorry nothing... is this what customer service has come too?

We ordered about $100 worth of food for delivery. I was told food should arrive within 1 hour. At the 1.5 hour mark I called for an update. I was told my food was at the restaurant waiting for a driver and it will likely be another 30-45 minutes. I understand there being a shortage of drivers, etc but it’s your responsibility as a business to call if there’s going to be that much of a delay. I cancelled my order which I hate doing since all that food went to waste. The delivery time is always long for Mugsy’s. Tonight wasn’t worth the wait and the gentleman at the restaurant didn’t seem to offer a solution to the issue other than me continuing to wait. If you’re short on drivers call in DoorDash or Uber Eats to help you.

Every time I come to town to visit friends I always order Mugsys wings! Sometimes I will order it every day just to have leftovers and bring them home because it’s a three hour drive one way. I always at a minimum get a large order of volcanic and hot. Mugsys may be ‘bar food’ but the wings are top knotch and I have not found better. The burgers are fantastic as well! My only wish is they had a wing variety sampler and try new flavors and bring back the steak sandwich special!

We love that this is a Buffalo Bills Backers bar! They have welcomed us crazy Bills fans. Wings are the closest to what you'll find in Buffalo here in Illinois.

The food was good, but the drinks were watered down. When asked if they could correct this or what could be done we were offered a $20 discount. We never drank the drinks and they didn't want to remove them from our bill. Everything we asked the waitress she had to run and ask someone else. Drinks/products we asked for they didn't have. We settled for long islands. Sorry but I don't think we will return. The water even taste like tap water and had ice but wasn't cold. Our party had 4 people.

The staff was rude and avoided me (black man) while all others (white men and women) were served before me even though they walked in AFTER me. Food was stale and cold. Beer was disgusting and the glass it was in was FILTHY! The experience was so bad that I thought I was on a hidden camera show when I was there. Even Jon Tapper couldn't save this pitiful excuse for a bar. Stay away at all costs!

To go order was all messed up. Ordered bone in wings and fries, got boneless (which were awful) and no fries and the wife got the dryest frozen chicken strips Gordon's food service has to offer.
They deliver for like $4. Got a burger delivered to my hotel. Came early, hot, and delicious. Real meat not premade patties. Driver was very nice.

I ordered 2 Philly cheesesteak meals from there just because my fiancé and I wanted to try something other than their wings, let’s just say order it while visiting the place and don’t take it to go. Fries become soggy and they’re not salted enough at all, ever. The sandwich had barely any meat on it. It was more bread than anything.. idk I wasn’t satisfied and neither was my partner. $25 for 2 sandwiches and soggy fries. I don’t recommend. I went on the website to try and find contact customer care For a refund because I wasn’t satisfied at all I really want my money back. I didn’t even finish the food. It basically got thrown away… I would have to call the store but I really don’t want to do that. I should be able to leave a email or something and there’s not an option to do so on there. Smh.
