I ordered from their app for delivery to which the delivery is provided through door dash and I was missing 2 items one of which was my 4 year olds chocolate milk which made her very upset and the dasher was completely rude and didn’t even seem to care and tried to say they didn’t give him drinks which the ticket on the bag shows there were drinks with it but he didn’t bother paying attention to that and just left without a care and I contacted the store who rectified the...read full review
Wasted my lunch break. Went with my boyfriend. Stood for 20 mins in line to be told that they weren’t going to take our order due to capacity issues. I had a limited time for lunch break and had to go somewhere else. Our lunch date turned into a standing in line date. Prob won’t bother to go there again.
I ordered a regular garlic cream tortellini bowl with parmesan chicken and a regular order (6) of potstickers. My total was $18.
1. It took 20 minutes to get my food. Once to my car I checked my good. Glad I did. The pasta dish was cold with burnt chicken and I only had half of my potstickers with no sauce. I went back into the store and waited 5 minutes for someone to help me. I asked if I could get the correct food, hot and not burnt. They snatched my bag of food away...read full review
