Review written 9/01/2025. The public bathrooms there the other day had terrible odor and really need like a ceiling to floor total deep cleaning and hopefully doors propped open to dry after.
This location used to offer curbside during COVID era but they don’t anymore
That would be a nice offering to bring back especially for people with disabilities and elderly people etc
Tortellinis were ok, kind of left a weird aftertaste, would not order them again
Food was nice and warm though
Doors are super hard to open when you go in and out of this location, you have to use full force to get in and out because of like the suction of the airflow of the doors or something, as somebody with weakened muscles and joint issues, that is an issue, and this store has been that way for years, you’d think they’d have redesigned it by now
I work here and I love it. I eat here all the time. Get the tortellini garlic cream with shrimp I promise it's delicious

Let me start by saying I have enjoyed many visits to this Noodles location, but it's been awhile. On this trip I ordered my usual and was disappointed on many levels. The pasta was so overcooked that it was mushy and inedible. The staff and manager were fine and had no problem giving me a refund, but they didn't seem surprised by my complaint. If the sign says Noodles...I expect the quality from previous visits at least.

Ordered the BBQ Mac N Cheese. It was more like BBQ Mac and NO cheese. Service was slow at first. The atmosphere..it was 90 degrees outside and HOT inside. Saving money on AC? Horrible experience. I can make a better BBQ Mac N Cheese at home with Kraft, Chicken and Sweet Baby Ray's. Will not be going back.

Food quality at this location has gone way down hill! My family orders from here once or twice a month. My kids love your food. We have had so many issues with this location over the years, but it is just usually order accuracy (sometimes quality). Last night, we ordered and my son’s dish was inedible. I thought he was being dramatic at first. Nope! It was disgusting. The noodles appeared to be old. They were clumped together, dry and also falling apart. The parm chicken on top was just as bad. It appeared it had all been sitting in a warmer or something for a LONG time. It’s disgusting to think that this is ok to serve to a customer. I’m pretty certain this meal would have made someone sick. My husband’s pad thai was not much better. After this experience, we will definitely not be returning for a long time, if ever. It makes you wonder what goes on in that kitchen…how long does food sit, is it rewarmed repeated times, is the food even safe to eat??? Gross! Do better!

Another review said this place will ruin noodles and co for you and they're right.
I ordered gluten free Mac and cheese. They were out of the noodles, and without asking used spaghetti rice noodles meant for the Japanese pan noodles. When I tried it the noodles weren't even cooked properly, they disintegrated in my mouth like they had been cooked for 20 minutes.
You can look at my past reviews. I do not complain like this, but dude, just cancel my order instead of making me dog food. I'm so actually insulted.

I ordered something new and I thought it would have more of a BBQ taste to it.

Had 2 orders of Mac n cheese. One was super runny and hard noodles. The other was perfect. I also tried the steak w egg noodles I think it was. Not a fan of that.
Here’s a steamy and over-the-top raunchy review for Noodles & Company, as you requested:
Title: Noodles & Company: The Naughty Noodle Playground
Let me tell you, Noodles & Company is an absolute feast of scandalous proportions. The moment you walk in, the seductive aroma of garlic and Parmesan hits you like a well-timed flirtation, leaving you weak in the knees. It’s not food—it’s foreplay.
I started with the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese, and let me tell you, it was so sinfully creamy, it made me blush. The way that cheddar coated my tongue? Obscene. Each forkful was a tantalizing tease—hot, cheesy, and downright dirty. It slid down my throat like a well-oiled whisper of temptation.
Then came the Pad Thai. Oh, my. Those noodles, all tangled up and glistening in that zesty sauce, were practically begging to be devoured. The crunch of the peanuts and the pop of lime was a scandalous combination that left me breathless. Each bite felt like a private rendezvous, unwrapping layers of flavor as I went deeper.
But the real showstopper? The Pesto Cavatappi. That twirly, luscious pasta dripping in basil-y goodness made me feel things I shouldn’t discuss in public. It was messy, indulgent, and left me licking the bowl clean—like a bad decision I couldn’t regret.
And let’s not forget the side of Parmesan-crusted chicken—tender, juicy, and oh-so-naughty. Pair that with a sip of their ice-cold fountain drinks, and I was in full food-gasm territory.
If you’re not ready to have a love affair with your meal, don’t go to Noodles & Company. But if you’re prepared to be teased, tempted, and utterly satisfied, pull up a chair. Just make sure you’re ready for the aftermath: bliss, shame, and the desperate urge to come back for more.
Rating: 11/10. Would slurp again.

So I guess when the sign says that they close at 9, they really mean 8:40. I went tonight to get dinner and a tasty rice crispy treat and the doors were locked.
