Nothing Bundt Cakes

Got a little cake, asked for a fork, cashier looked at me like I was mentally handicapped and said that they dont have forks. They sell personal sized bunt cakes…. all they sell is cake it’s in the name…. But they dont have forks? Anyway. Got a fork from wingstop next door, turns out the cakes taste bad…… also after further research the ceo of the companies name is dolf. One letter away from a real problem if you know what I mean.

Went there 2 different times to get the banana cake and was told they were out and would not be making anymore. This is 2 weeks before the end of the promotion date. So, yeah I probably won’t rush in to see if they feel like making the next specialty flavor. 🙄 bummer

You're seriously missing out if you haven't tried these!

I stopped by to pick up two dozen for a gender reveal and called just 30 minutes before closing. A staff member even gave me a free one of my favorite flavor — now that's top-notch customer service! This business truly goes above and beyond to exceed expectations! 👏👏

My wife ordered a cake online for pickup on Sunday. She called to change the pickup time to later in the day. When she called, the voice recording stated they were closed on Sundays. Hearing this information, she left a message to inquire about a refund. We received a call later in the afternoon on Sunday (after my wife had already gone to the trouble of making a cake for the occasion) asking when we were planning to pick up the cake. Since we already paid for it we decided to go ahead and pick it up. The cake was good, but the service/logistics was a cluster. Frustrating

Update 10/14/24: we received a call from the manager of the local store informing us that they were working to address the phone issue, as well as refunding our purchase. I really appreciate the follow-up and great customer service.

My family loves the bundtlets and bundtinis, especially the seasonal flavors. Scout is always so friendly and cheery and goes above and beyond for customers. Cannot say enough good things about interacting with her. Highly recommend!

I love this place! I have gotten their small Bundt cakes several times, and I'm always amazed by how moist and flavorful they are. The frosting... Ahhh. So good. They are generous with it. I loved these little versions of the Bundt cakes they make for large groups!!

it was my birthday and they literally refused to give me a free bundtlet. like it literally made no sense and she was very rude about it.

Went there to get my son stuff for his birthday walked in staff looked up and seen me and they continued talking no big deal I thought they was giving me time to look at the menu and then someone came in the door to order to they came out and took the person behind me order. Ignoring that I was there at register ready to order so I said I guess I’ll just leave since they didn’t take my order

The carrot cake was very tasty.

How can you specialize in nothing "bundt" cakes, yet have not one singular lactose intolerant option? That's pretty sad.
