As much as I like Panera, this particular restaurant needs help. Dirty, no towels in bathroom, kitchen lighting poor and cluttered, phone ringing off the hook...just not a pleasant experience for a $50 dinner for 3. Ridiculous. Probably won't be back.

First time there. The staff was nice, the restaurant was spotless and the food was good. I thought it was a bit pricey. All in all it was a nice experience. Id definitely go back.

Accuracy of orders is never correct. Called to inform them that my husband was going to pickup the missing item and staff hung up on me. Absolutely do not recommend.

The laziness and rudeness at this location. It's dirty, the employees and managers won't even acknowledge you even you're the only one standing there waiting for your order that is already done but won't give it to you. I've placed many catering orders here but will not be any more

Drive-thru for a cinnamon crunch bagel. Toasted and sliced. Got what I ordered in a timely manner. Tasty, too!
Tried to purchase 2 freshly made cookies at 5pm and was told no, they were for “tomorrow”. As I was walking up the isle to see about the cookies it was blocked completely off by chairs, meaning the exit was blocked off from the front door. Strange and lazy things happening at pandera.

I've rated all Panera's a 1. I've debated doing this for several weeks... I truly believe they are price gaging. My wife and I had the pick 2; I had soup and mac & cheese, my wife had soup and sandwich. We paid almost $60. I can get 2 cases of soup, a case of mac & cheese for less than this.
