The laziness and rudeness at this location. It's dirty, the employees and managers won't even acknowledge you even you're the only one standing there waiting for your order that is already done but won't give it to you. I've placed many catering orders here but will not be any more

Tried to purchase 2 freshly made cookies at 5pm and was told no, they were for “tomorrow”. As I was walking up the isle to see about the cookies it was blocked completely off by chairs, meaning the exit was blocked off from the front door. Strange and lazy things happening at pandera.

I've rated all Panera's a 1. I've debated doing this for several weeks... I truly believe they are price gaging. My wife and I had the pick 2; I had soup and mac & cheese, my wife had soup and sandwich. We paid almost $60. I can get 2 cases of soup, a case of mac & cheese for less than this.

You discontinued the spinach artichoke souffle. Bad move! It was the best breakfast menu item you had. I've been coming for decades. There's no need now ?

The bagel was not sliced properly. Literally was just a centimeter of the top and the bottom was large and tough. I feel like that's a small enough thing to make sure is right before giving it to a paying customer.
